Just wanted to say thank you to Flag Towing for being so quick to help and so kind once on scene. A week earlier I had needed a tow for the same reason and AAA called superior towing to come help me. It took over 2 hours on a dangerous merge of freeway and a man who treated me like a criminal and called in my name to make sure as he hoped to impound my car as opposed to helping the woman who waited over 2 hours for his assistance. I was in fear that this tow experience would play out like my last and even had a panic attack over it all. But Flag Towing was to me in less than 30 mins and the man was kind and cared more about helping me to get my car home than anything else. He didn't call in my ID to see if I was a criminal which I am not I am just a soccer mom of 5. He had one goal and that was to do his job with compassion and he fulfilled every expectation I had and more and gave me hope that if or when I need a tow again I can be treated with decency. Next time me or my kids need a tow for our cars I will tell AAA I prefer Flag towing if possible and will never allow superior Towing to handle anything to do with me ever again. I was recently involved in an accident. My insurance AAA sent me flag towing to tow my car home. Upon arrival, the driver of the tow truck told me that I can take it to flag towing to make it easier for AAA to inspect and repair my car. He assured me it was completely free and they would hold the car for as long as we needed. I trusted him, he was sent by AAA so I assumed he knew. The next day I went to retrieve some items and they then informed me of my due balance. $400+. Apparently the guy lied. And long story short, they charged me for taking my car there and storing it for the day and there's not a thing I can do about it. This is absolutely horrible. They took advantage of the situation and shrugged it off as my loss. I really hope no one else falls victim to them. read more

My car was sitting on the side of the freeway with two little kids in it from an accident. The CHP called for a tow through AAA for me. I called to get an ETA after sitting on the side of the on-ramp for over an hour and a half. The gentleman said they don't have radios, and he had no way to contact the driver. I asked if they could call with a cell phone. The gentleman said no he cannot. I had told them they have to have a way to contact the driver. He said he could not. He kept telling me there was traffic. I was sitting on the side of the freeway. I could see the traffic moving. also, how does he know there's traffic when he can't communicate with the driver. So he lied to me. He kept trying to talk over me. I said I didn't ask if there was traffic, I didn't ask a lot of the things he was trying to give me excuses for. I asked for an ETA, he couldn't give it to me. I hung up the phone and was going to call AAA. But after another car almost hit us I ripped my bumper off the front of the car so I could drive the car off the freeway to my house which wasn't far away. While I was doing that a lady called. She said she needed to know where I was at so she could tell the driver. I said what the F**K. You're going to tell me you could speak to the driver after I was told you can't. She started yelling back at me. She said she was going to cancel my tow. She said she doesn't need to put up with that. I tried to explain why I was pissed. She hung up on me. Then I get the car off the freeway and callback as I'm heading to my house. I get the same lady I'm speaking in a stern tone of voice because I am pissed. I just was in a car accident. The CHP had called for me on behalf of AAA. So they know exactly where I'm at I was off the Barton Road on ramp northbound 215 you could not miss me. For them to say they couldn't find me is a load of crap on the on ramp, where merges onto the freeway. she was blatantly disrespectful to me. I was pissed because I was sitting on the side of the freeway with two small children and my service dog almost being hit three times by cars. I couldn't get an ETA wear their driver is. So she couldn't understand why I was upset with them and then the deal with her attitude. Then she canceled my tow tow on top of the lying and gives me attitude is utterly disrespectful and unacceptable. She is in a customer service based job that is doing a service when people are stressed from accidents being broke down on the side of the road and so on. If she cannot provide such service, she does not need to be in that job nor does the first gentleman I spoke to when he said he can't contact his drivers. He may not have been able to, but to not say he could get somebody that can is again playing semantics, but lying at the same time. They have a way to contact them if he couldn't somebody else knows how to do it there. Because how do they get the jobs out to their drivers who are on the road. Do they think we are that's stupid as a public to think that their drivers just sit right there in the yard waiting for a job. That they come back to the yard after every job. For them to lie to me and then to tell me and say oh they can talk to the driver and try and play semantics when people are sitting on the side of the road with children. So California has this law that diesel truck drivers are not supposed to let their diesel truck idle for more than 5 minutes per hour near homes, schools etc. because the exhaust is toxic. Truck #34 was idling in front of my neighbors house for much longer and the fumes were bothering me in my garage. I walked over and asked the driver to shut his engine off. He declined. I knew he didn't need it running because I used to drive tow trucks. When I explained that the fumes were bothering me and that it was unlawful for him to run it unnecessarily, he told me to "go inside and call the popo!". My City, Moreno Valley, also has an ordinance about this. I didn't want to wait for the police, I wanted him gone. read more

Was in a car accident. I have AAA and they refused to tow vehicle to my house advising I would be charged out of pocket even after I asked multiple times. Also said I could go whenever I want to pick up property. Once at tow yard they gave me a hard time picking up my own property because vehicle was registered to my dad. Then my dad showed up and they wouldn't release the vehicle to him because they said I'm the registered owner while still saying they couldn't release vehicle back to me. They didn't mind that I wasn't the registered owner when they initially towed it, all they saw were dollar signs. To get the vehicle back to me after four day's, $835 out of pocket plus my own tow to get it out of their. Horrible experience do not let them tow your vehicle. I felt safer on the side of the busy 215 freeway. Also going to cancel my AAA membership due to them sending this horrible company. read more

Just had some kid ride my tailgate for 5 mins as i tried to pull away cause i have 2 children in the car he catches up weaving in and out of traffic in the 30ft long tow truck pull up next to me in a flag tow vehicle and ask me if I'm good 3 times and cuss as me and say some other dumb stuff and then proceeded to cut me off and turn on his rear facing led bars and swerved in front of me again and then once again at another stop light does his led bars again just to do it i have no idea why he did any of this he came up from behind me so there's no way i ever cut him off or anything even on accident ... never brake checked him never said a word back to him when he cussed me out ... i have a 2 year old in the car and a 7 year old very unprofessional for this young African American guy ... on evens road in Perris at 9:20 pm today read more

The driver of this truck needs to slow down. Especially on days like today when it's raining. Driving down Sunnymead blvd in Moreno Valley he was tailgating cars so bad and he almost ran a red light.
