Everything I've tried has been fresh, flavorful, and worth raving about. Their weekly specials are incredible too: $20 all-you-can-eat tacos on Tuesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays, $1 wings on Wednesdays, and $9 burger combos on Thursdays. The guacamole is also a must-try -- seriously delicious. Great food, great atmosphere, and even better customer service. Definitely one of my favorite spots now, and I'll absolutely be back again!

We started with chips and salsa. The chips are made in house, and I think might be flour. Some were fine, some were soggy, and some were oily. It was a weird mix. The salsas were okay. Not particularly interesting. We also got some of the corn ribs - which for some reason were just halved ears of corn. They were good but that was odd. The server said something about running out of the long pieces they would normally use. My friend ordered a burger and said it was okay. The fries looked like just basic frozen fries. Nothing too special. And he said they were different from his previous visit (by the way, fries are even offered with tacos) I saw they had several different kinds of tacos, veggie, vegan, fish, shrimp. I would have liked to have tried a couple of different ones but that's not an option. You get three of the same kind. Full stop. I opted for the mango shrimp tacos and they were average. There are a lot of taco places around and this was in the middle of any I have tried. They were fine. Overall the food was just average. Maybe a little below. Two cups of fresh salsa were offered at $2.00. The outside covered patio had seating and was nice today with a cool breeze. The Mexican eatery faces Pine Island Road in the Jacaranda Square Plaza. The gender assigned bathroom was ultra basic and sadly the cartoon ambiance from the dining room did not flow into here. Even with a reservation, it still took about 10 minutes to seat us, while walk-ins were being told the wait was 2 hours. Once seated, things only got worse. It took our waitress around 15 minutes just to acknowledge our table. We placed our drink and food order immediately, but even waters took another 15 minutes to arrive. We ordered chips and guacamole as an appetizer and waited another 15 minutes for that. The biggest issue was the food never came. We sat there for 2 HOURS and never received our meals. The table next to us was dealing with the exact same thing and kept asking their waitress for updates. Every single time they were told "10 more minutes." At one point, we were told the kitchen had prioritized takeout orders over the customers dining inside, despite multiple tables waiting over two hours for food. Our waitress was also extremely inattentive. During the entire 2 hours we sat there, she only came back once after taking the initial order. No updates, no checking in, nothing. The most disappointing part was my daughter waiting two hours for a meal she never even received. Completely unacceptable experience, especially on a holiday where they were heavily promoting the event. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this place based on the service and overall management that night.

Chips came with our meal along with a smoky not-so-good-tasting salsa. The salsa verde in the bottle on the table was better. We got the carnitas and the al pastor tacos with cooked onions and cilantro. The latter was our favorite. Our bill was about $15 for 2 specials.
