This is one of my favorite ice cream shops in Oakville. There's always lineups in front of the store to get in (this is how good they are). They make their ice cream and gelato in-house and the staff are very friendly and patient. They let you try out multiple flavors before you choose. The only thing standing between you and your decision is the impatient customer ms in the lineup behind you. Lol They offer seasonal flavors like peach, blueberry, strawberry and also variety of chocolate and coffee flavors. This place is a must-try. read more

We were looking for an ice cream parlour that carried vegan ice cream; luckily, I had stumbled upon this parlour as I was doing an online search. Upon walking-in on a Saturday afternoon, we were kindly greeted by the server behind the counter. He told us which ice cream flavours had vegan, and which did not. Upon choosing our flavours, which consisted of raspberry, hazelnut, and strawberry; we were given a large helping, and headed outdoors. When tasting vegan ice cream, one would know that it was vegan. However, this ice cream masked that difference perfectly; you couldn't even tell that it was vegan ice cream! It was absolutely DELICIOUS; we were beyond impressed with how wonderful it tasted. This is a cute little shop which offers kwartha ice cream but also gelato and sorbets, some of which are even vegan (made without soy)! We hit this place up on one of the first nice days of the Spring and there was a small line but a line nonetheless. The staff was all super friendly but super busy so you're sort of rushed through a little bit. My brother-in-law had plans to try some of the gelatos but my sister told him no because of the line up. Flavourwise, we were all pretty happy with what we got. My 2.5 year old nephew was excited about his blue unicorn gelato with sprinkles. My sister got chocolate. My brother-in-law ordered the best, vegan salted caramel gelato, which was so creamy! And I ordered the worst - green apple sorbet, which was a lovely flavour but I wasn't a huge fan of the icy sorbet consistency. Homemade gelato/sorbet in beautiful Bronte Village! I believe they have ice cream too, but it's Kawartha from what I've read. I had a cup with 3 different flavours (coffee, hazelnut, pistachio) of gelato and they were all delicious! Hazelnut was my favourite. None of them tasted fake or overly sweet. I loved the texture! The only reason why they don't get 5* is because you don't get the same experience as you do pre-COVID/other ice cream shops. They have a table set up outside on the porch with a blackboard of the flavours and you order from there. You cannot go into the shop. This is understandable as they do get busy with lines down/off the porch. Go earlier in the day to avoid the line! read more

Walked by this place out of chance and the homemade gelato sign totally caught my attention. I am so glad we decided to go in! The staff here was so friendly, she recommended us flavours and let us sample as much as we wanted until we found what we both wanted for our large bowl. All the samples we tried had much good bold flavour that I had a hard time picking just 3! We ended up getting the pistachio, raspberry sorbet and gingerbread. That pistachio though... Wow, I cannot even put into words how good it was! On top of that, this place was just next to the wharf and was pretty reasonably priced too. The Flavour Fox? More like The Flavour Boss cause they rule!! It's a beautiful family owned place with ​great service and a wide variety of flavors. Whenever I am there I'm always getting take-home​ gelato pistachio, chocolate, salty caramel & raspberry sorbet. Those are to die for! Everything there is a beautiful combination of quality, atmosphere, ​and flavor. You can feel love and care put into this place! They are closed for a few months in winter, but they are re-opening in spring and I already can't wait! Would recommend it to anyone :) read more

This is a tiny little ice cream and gelato shop. There's only a little bit of seating outside, but there's plenty of benches along this stretch of Bronte, so it's a great place for ice cream. Gone is the unfriendly old lady (ding dong, the witch is....gone?) and times have made way for great customer service, better gelato and *gasp* a website and Facebook page! Huzzah! Found this place on yelp when looking for some dessert after dinner. They had great customer service. I tried the blueberry yogurt and the Mango and it was delicious. My fiancee had the pistachio and coconut and she loved her choice as well. Would definitely go again. They had Kawartha ice cream along with Gelato so definitely some great choices. read more

Delicious gelato with a multitude of flavours. They also have ice cream, but their gelato looks so good I haven't bothered to try it yet. They have yummy flavours like tiramisu, pistachio, grapefruit, blueberry custard, Ferraro, and the classics like chocolate. You really can't go wrong. read more
