My dh ordered a Nutella banana with pistachios and Ferreto Rocher toppings. The ice cream didn't have much flavor. Pistachio topping even contained a piece of nut shell. Ugh, not good. Ferreri Rocher was a whole truffle and not ground up. My mango ice cream only had very little mango pieces and didn't have much flavor after the third spoon onwards. The service was quite slow as we were told by a food preparer by the kitchen staff of the fried wings and pizza place on the other side of the business. We were the only ones and there was not even a cashier. Almost left if it wasn't for the person telling us to wait. Ambiance is quite unpleasant. The smells of fried chicken wings from the right side was so strong that it didn't feel like we entered a speciality ice cream store. If the businesses were separated it would've been better. There's no place to sit your treat unless you want to sit at one of the few tables at the fried chicken wing place. A little disappointed...

I think the flavors really blend well and the unending list of toppings to choose from is just a bow on the top. The place is a little hidden inside the strip mall but trust me, it's there. Just walk into one of the stores and ask them the directions if you can't find it. It's more of a take out place so there are no tables but they do have a few chairs if you don't wanna go out and eat. Service was quick and efficient. Can't wait to go back and try other flavors

Delightful place…read more You order from the sidewalk 2 little windows through which you place your order and then pick up your cup/cone/waffle cone filled with soft serve vanilla topped with your choice from a rather long list of Belgian flavours You don't come here for the soft vanilla but for the Belgian chocolate dips And the couple who were behind the counter were extraordinarily sweet and helpful Methinks I will be coming back here very often over the spring and summer

Wait...an ice cream place, by the waterfront, made out of 100% real soft serve with ONE review?…read more Seriously??!! First, their soft serve isn't a chemical concoction. They literally only serve Vanilla, but they have an array of premium dips. See pic of menu. Second their chocolate dips consists of Belgian chocolate. Third, customer service is super friendly and patient. And lastly, prices are fair for what you get. (I was at another premium candy/ice cream shop the other weekend where a soft serve - presented in a melted fashion - was literally double the price!) Steps away from the Burlington Waterfront Trail, La Creme de la Creme is a must-stop for any ice cream lover! YUM! My only criticism is that I wished that their dips were posted somewhere as opposed to being on a menu that's passed around. I only saw the list when I got to the cash.

Upon walking-in on a Saturday afternoon, we were kindly greeted by the server behind the counter. He told us which ice cream flavours had vegan, and which did not. Upon choosing our flavours, which consisted of raspberry, hazelnut, and strawberry; we were given a large helping, and headed outdoors. When tasting vegan ice cream, one would know that it was vegan. However, this ice cream masked that difference perfectly; you couldn't even tell that it was vegan ice cream! It was absolutely DELICIOUS; we were beyond impressed with how wonderful it tasted. We would definitely come back here again, as we only like to eat vegan ice cream, and this parlour definitely impressed us with how delicious the ice cream was.

Prices are very reasonable. The bread has a perfect texture and taste in every bite, whether eaten alone or with the wide selection of deli meats (love that they will do thinly sliced that melt in your mouth) and cheese. I'm also happy to see that they offer nitrite free chicken or turkey as well. I also tried the mini pizzas. They were ok for a quick bite. The staff are pleasant, and quickly ask if we need help. The deli counter can be a bit slow depending on who looks after you. The place is small and gets busy. Lunchtime is also busy when customers drop in for Italian hot food takeout. Overall, I recommend this bakery. Some of the regular customers recommended the hot meatball or chicken/veal sandwiches loaded with grilled veg so I'll probably try those next.

I'm not sure if this was actually what caused the Subway to go out of business but I wouldn't be surprised. You're greeted with classic deli smell when you walk in. To the right is the bakery counter with desserts like cannolis and cookies. Since it was close to Thanksgiving, there were full sized pies available. I'm told that on the weekdays, that's a hot counter that has great lunch options. The back of the store has the deli counter that has a big selection of meats and cheeses. We went with salami and pastrami on this occasion. To the left of this counter are all the breads. Some are on racks while others are in baskets that you can grab with tongs. We grabbed some kaiser rolls here. The middle section of the store are grocery items. There were a lot of Italian specialties that and artisan goods available. There was flavoured risotto, herbed olive oil, and those big Italian cakes that come in a box for Christmas but was pumpkin flavoured for fall!
