Fidel was able to diagnose the problem immediately and within a couple of hours the issue was fixed. I asked how much it would be to fix my window and do an oil change. They didn't give me pricing till my car was finished and said it would be extra 250 labor for each oil change and fix my window, so separate labor fees after I just paid 25. Ironically I got the car back-none of the controls on the door with the broken window worked. And ALL the buttons worked before i dropped it off. The car was over heating because it had NO oil- I just wanted n oil change for maintained it had oil in it already. When we picked it up it was in the middle of a field and I had one car seat missing. When my partner tried to bring this up the receptionist Replied "did you sign the paper? You can slide your card now". Interesting part is. Everything in the car worked, I had it for a while got it from a certified auctioned that everything worked. Only thing wrong with the car was it's used and looks used. But all buttons and functions worked except the window had no motor. Ironically everything I asked to get worked came back worse...so the broken window, all of a sudden NONE of the controls/buttons work but they were perfectly fine before?
