Spoke with the gentlemen asking about bringing the car in for a service. We weren't too far from them so that was nice. The place was already busy when we walked in. Both cars being worked on in the garage as well as people waiting. The guy was very sweet in explaining everything and made it easy. We left the car there for service which they would give us the heads up before anything was done. Got the call to say what was needed and that was that. It didn't take long for the car to be service. A replacement lightbulb and service was completed professionally and efficiently. When we came back to pick up the car, another gentleman was very sweet. I don't know if it's a father and son duo but they were both amazing and very friendly. The chit chat at the end made it feel like we were more friends catching up than a first time base meeting each other. They were very professional and friendly. The service was great and the place was very professional. Glad that we found somewhere we could bring the car in.

I have been going to the alignment man every year for 14 years. I went in for a third time in 3…read moremonths time for alignment. After alignment I drove all over then drove home. I had some plastic covers over the leveler sensors that I removed before going in for the alignment. That makes it easy for the tech to adjust the rear wheels. When I arrived at home I jacked up the car and removed the tire to be able to reinstall the covers. I noticed the toe adjustments were both completely lossened. I don't know why they didn't tightened the adjustment but now I don't know if the wheel is still aligned. Since Frank isn't working anymore, the quality of work has obviously gone down. After speaking with the rude woman on the phone, I have decided that I can't trust this business to do anything to any of my cars.There are better and cheaper places to have alignment done, I suggest look around for a better place for alignment
