They were organized and very careful moving around the second floor and attic with their equipment. The equipment was high quality HEPA vacuum and duct suction machines placed in the upstairs hallway. The operation appeared to contain the dust and overall seemed to keep everything clean considering the nature of the project. They were easy to work with, professional, and would hire them again.

Initially I was happy as the mold was getting fixed. After the initial remediation the duct cleaners found mold in part of my furnace. Structure Medic came in and tore out ALL of my Ductwork- including bathroom fans (not impacted by mold) and inside of my walls and to the downstairs until which wasn't impacted by mold. If there was a duct and they could find it or reach it, they removed it. Leaving no map for repairs. As a result my small claim is now huge as my insurance had to pay to replace the ductwork. Holes had to be cut into my walls in numerous places to pull the new and unnecessary ductwork downstairs. It has been a nightmare that was caused by structure medic. The initial mold was remediated in February and I am still having repairs completed. It has upended my life and my house. The price was very reasonable, the reviews were all positive, so I booked the appoitnment. Greg was my technician. He was right on time, and called me 20 minutes prior to his arrival to let me know he was almost at my house. He was super polite, professional, wore a mask, and seemed like someone who takes great pride in what he does. He said he specializes in major remediation work, like after a water heater bursting. From his demeanor, he's exactly who I would call in a nerve-wracking situation like that. He cleaned the carpets in 4 bedrooms, 1 hallway, and a walk-in closet for us. Our house smells great, and it's been 2 days and we still don't smell the dog odors, so we think he really resolved our issue. I would use this company again, especially for some of our fancier area rugs, and I would definitely recommend Duraclean to anyone. I don't have any pictures to upload because staining wasn't an issue for us. But if you could smell our carpets before and after, you'd be a believer!
