He said if if the winds didn't die down he was going to have to reschedule. Never contacted me back to let me know. By 2:30 there was virtually no wind. When 3:30 came and he didn't show up we called him and he said he had already let me know he couldn't come because of the wind (which was nonexistent at this point). He never once apologized or tried to make things right. He seems to be very flaky and so far we have been unsuccessful in even getting him to show up for one single appointment. I'm not sure how someone with such poor reliability and customer service can run a business. But I do know that we will not ever attempt to use this company's services in the future. Nor will we recommend them. This whole experience has been extremely frustrating.
