After completing the inspection he told me he would work up a few estimates for different materials and email them to me. He did so in a day or two. After comparing them with the other estimates we had it was decided to go with a different contractor. Anthony was friendly and professional and did a good job and I would get an estimate from them again if I have a need for any other roof repair.

They were able to do everything that I expected from my roof nightmare. You would never have known they were there after the job was complete. They didn't leave a trace. Professional in ever manner. Extended Version: For people that like to read Quick and prompt response after initial call to request quote. Phone call until person on site, 3 hours. I spent 4 days calling multiple companies to conduct my personal consciences of total cost. Out of the other companies I called. Davis was the only one to get up on the roof and physically and visionally inspect it. The roof was in total disrepair and had structural damage from neglect, from previous owners. Davis addressed all the issues that I knew there would be, so I was confrontable trusting them with the job. The quote was very reasonable and was subject to change due to the extent of the damage that I knew to be there when the existing roof was to be removed. Once an agreement was reached for the job, work began two business days later. Day one was removal and as expected roof, and structural repairs were needed. Davis took care of all the repairs immediately, as agreed upon. The removal was done swiftly and non-stop. Heavy tarps were placed around the perimeter of the home for anything that may or would have fallen from the removal process that did not fall into the dumpster of the truck. Day 2, Once the roof was repaired and replaced, the new roof was on in hours. Everything was clean looking (Old silicone and metal removed from house and chimney areas) and looked amazing. If not for wood repairs and replacement, the job would have been completed in one day. The next day the seamless gutters were installed, and I came home to the finish job. All equipment and waste were packed up and gone by the end of the second day. Honestly if I had not known a roof was being replaced, I would have never known anyone had been there to begin with. Everyone during the process was straight forward and professional from start to finish. I was informed their service charges were a $100 truck fee and $130 per hour with a two-hour minimum. Based on the nature of the repair, I believed a properly trained technician should have been able to diagnose and repair the issue within that timeframe. Google search also supports this. The technician spent approximately two hours diagnosing the freezer and an additional hour sitting in his vehicle smoking, which I was still billed for according to the invoice. At the end of the visit, nothing had been repaired, the freezer was not reassembled properly, and the fan was now making noise that it had not made previously. Before leaving, the technician asked me to sign his tablet simply acknowledging that he had arrived on-site. He stated that the company would contact me later with the diagnosis and repair estimate. On 04/29/2026, I received a call from Tom, who advised me "not to be alarmed" but explained that he had sent an estimate recommending replacement of the freezer instead of repair due to the projected repair cost. I informed him that after my experience with the service visit, I would not be using their company again, especially after being billed for time while the technician sat in his vehicle smoking. Tom stated he would pass my concerns along to the appropriate person. Approximately 20 minutes later, I received a call from Ashley, who assured me I would not be charged for the hour during which the technician was sitting in his vehicle. I also explained my concerns regarding the freezer not being reassembled correctly, the new fan noise, and the excessive replacement quote. The replacement estimate provided by QRC was $4,974 for a freezer that I found available elsewhere for $1,819 with free delivery. This represents a difference of over $3,100 for delivery, setup, and removal of the old unit, which I found unreasonable. Ashley stated she would investigate the matter further and call me back. Approximately 36 minutes later, she informed me that the company would issue a full refund and would send someone back out on Monday to properly reassemble the freezer and determine why the fan was now making noise. However, two employees arrived the following day appearing frustrated that they had been sent out and claiming they did not know why they were there. Their visit did not inspire confidence in the company's professionalism or communication. The reason I am now writing this review is because it has been over three weeks, and I still have not received the refund that was promised by Ashley after she spoke with her supervisor. At this point, I feel it is important to share my experience so that others can make an informed decision before choosing to use this company. Additionally, the repair estimate itself appeared significantly inflated. The repair should reasonably take one to two hours from diagnosis to installation and programming of the replacement control board. Instead, the estimate included seven labor hours, two truck fees, and heavily marked-up parts pricing. The control board was listed at $639 plus a $50 delivery fee, despite the fact that I was able to purchase the same part myself for $54 with free next-day delivery. Their estimate also included a $48 wiring kit, although the replacement board I purchased already included everything necessary for installation. It is important to note that the control board and all wiring connections are clearly labeled by the manufacturer, making installation straightforward for a qualified technician. Had the company honored the refund they promised, I likely would not have felt the need to publicly share this experience. I will be providing supporting photos and documentation so others can review the information themselves and make their own informed decision regarding whether to use this company. If the refund is not received within month of the charge, I intend to dispute the charges through my credit card company. And then will leave additional reviews like this one. Weeks pass Me (April 18th): Hi Crystal, Are there any parts of the 3 projects we can start on while waiting for the permits? Perhaps the garage? Crystal (April 18th): Hi, Jeremiah. Hope you are doing well. I can check into this. I'll let you know. Thank you. Weeks pass Me (May 17th): Hi Crystal, Can you give me some kind of timeline on when you'll be able to start our projects? Thanks, Crystal Between May 17th and Jul 1st, the work still did not have a start date. During that time, I called Crystal multiple times to inquire about the project start. Crystal apologized multiple times for the delays. Each time I connected with Crystal, she spoke about "possibly starting next week." Near the end of June, I called Crystal to discuss some changes in scope to the outdoor project. Tim's son came out the next week to review the changes and update the estimate. The new quote was provided and I asked if we could adjust the contract to only focus on the indoor projects. After 4 months, I needed to get moving on the outdoor projects before the summer was over. No response to my request to change the contract. Additionally, still no start date for the interior projects (the scope of which never changed). Between July 12th and July 31st, no start date. Multiple emails and phone calls - multiple statements of "maybe next week." On July 31st, I emailed Tim officially requesting a cancellation of the contract and a refund of the deposit. No work had been done, no material ordered, nearly 5 months had passed. Tim responded in a way I can only describe as out of touch with reality. He sent a long email claiming I was the cause of the delays, that I denied them access to start the work, and that "every time we come up with a solution for one of your many obstacles, you knock the solution down." What? Like, for real, what? I can't and won't comment on the quality of their work - from their online reputation, it's probably really good (which is why I selected them in the first place!). My warning to anyone planning to do business with Tim Moss - get everything in writing and don't make a down payment until work has actually started. Oh, the cherry on top, they charge $300 to come out and provide an estimate. They say this is credited to the project if you sign with them, but now that the work is cancelled, I'm also out this money. Would not recommend.
