This dentist group has fallen into an understaffed, worst type of medical office you can go to. My husband stuck with them because they offered an evening appointment one day a week that worked with his schedule. After an infection that started between Christmas and new years. He was sent to prompt care for antibiotics & an appt was made for the Tuesday the following week as no dentist were in. Then when he went to his appt they sent him a prescription and re booked a week later (today). We had to call to remind them to send the script the first round. Then today they removed his tooth and didn't send a script for anything yet again. So we called at 1:20pm, left a message. No return call just a text saying that we need to call to have it sent in?! He has the chills and feels like he could vommit 12hours after the procedure. No relief no response no care or human decency left at the this business. DON'T USE this quack of a dental office you would be better off going to strip mall type of office! Zero stars forced to put one. read more

Got a phone call 3 hrs ago to confirm appt for next Fri. Then get a call from the office, oh we have a new dentist who changed our hrs and no longer open on Fri. Does the right hand know what the left hand is doing? Why isn't your site updated. Dr Anjum you just lost a patient. Sad part is you don't care. Your employees aren't happy and customers aren't either. I hope they all post something. Find another dentist! This office and all the staff have always been so great every time I have gone. I have been going over this past year for cleanings, for a permanent retainer, and for veneers. Dentist has always been kind and great in terms of quality of care, and listens to your concerns. They have also been up front about costs of procedures and had worked with me when one procedure cost more than what they thought it would. They definitely deserve more than a 2.5 rating on yelp. read more

What I forgot to mention that before I moved I saw my orthodontist and his assistant( did Invisalign),saw my old dentist and the hygienist,also my oral surgeon and her assistant.?? Have used The Foeher Group for the last 10 years and they were awesome. Hadn't been in since February 2020, it's been sold, everyones gone that was there. It's turned into a chop shop, I have a cracked tooth, but also wanted a cleaning, they wouldn't give me a cleaning, straight to x-rays and then shoving a contract into my face for $2-3,000 dollars to repair my cracked tooth, I could hear them trying to get other patients to sign contracts for future work. I left without signing...now 6 weeks later I get bill for $500.00 for 3 x-rays and 5 minutes with a dentist who's only concern was that I sign a binding contract. Can't imagine what a teeth cleaning would've cost? read more

I have never left a review like this!!!! But I have to warn you....Sent my 18yo daughter for just a cleaning with my credit card and got a charge $766!!!!!!!!! Just for a cleaning! Not even an x-ray! My wife has been taking the kids and going there herself for a lttle bit. She moved there in part because the last dental place we went to apparently had confusing billing. The care at Foer is good. Unfortunately, the support staff and billing department is an unresponsive disaster. I have a Flexible Spending Account. I tried to submit their billing to get reimbursement and was denied based upon inadequacy in the billing details. I call and email constantly to get billing clarity and get told someone will follow up, but no-one follows up. Their billing is confusing and inadequate. Their support people have been completely unhelpful. My name is Wesley Slough and I live in Bloomington/Normal for the last 20 years. The short version: If you are a new patient, move on. If you do not believe me, take a look at their reviews (here and on other platforms) sorted by lowest first, you will clearly see a pattern of behavior similar to my experience - canceled appointments, rude office staff, and a general apathy towards new patients. Take one look at their ridiculous hours, behavior, negative reviews (here and on other platforms), and my experience and you will see they are here to make money, at their convenience. I fully expect either no reply or a generic "Thank you so much for your feedback. We are always trying to improve". The long version: My initial appointment was made on May 28 for June 30 at 6:00 pm. I received multiple emails and texts reminding me of the upcoming appointment, including an automated text on June 23 asking me to confirm the appointment. I did this and received another automated reply saying "Thanks, your appointment is confirmed". Late in the day on June 29 I received a text from their office stating they would like me to call their office as my appointment needs to be rescheduled. I called on the 30th to reschedule and was told the soonest available appointment matching my work schedule was July 25 at 4:00 PM despite my speaking with their extremely rude office manager to explain I needed to be seen as my Jaw is hurting. Reluctantly, I made the appointment as it was my only option. Again, another barrage of automated emails reminding me of my appointment. On July 12 I received another text "If you could give our office a call to have your appointment rescheduled that would be great". Again, I called. Again, I received the extremely rude and in my experience incompetent office manager. Despite my going back and fourth and around in circles with her, reminding her of my urgent need to be seen, she was completely apathetic. She simply did not care. Now the soonest available appointment matching my work schedule was August 2. 66 Days after scheduling my initial appointment. After talking in circles for well over 10 minutes the office manager declared that I was disparaging her due to my saying they do not care about their patients, and hung up on me. I never once used foul language, raised my voice, insulted, or otherwise demeaned this person. Yet she chose to hang up because she had no logical explanation for the company's behavior. I had asked to speak with the Dentist to attempt to get any semblance of a real answer as to why my appointments keep getting canceled. I was told he was out on a Family Emergency that day. Magically, less than 30 minutes after his star employee hung up on a brand new paying customer, I received a call directly from Dr. Gardner. I could literally hear the smirk in his voice as he stated he heard I had some questions for him. In the course of our 10 minute conversation he offered no apologies, no attempts at correcting the situation, and took no ownership of the situation. He blamed my work schedule as the reason they could not get me in - despite them being the ones who canceled 2 appointments in a row. He did acknowledge that the office manager in question does get into a broken record mode sometimes. He also casually mentioned that even if he could get me in Monday that he does not have the ability to help my particular issue, that I would need to see a specialist. Basically, he wanted to make me come in for an appointment to make the money, and then ship me off to someone else. When I asked why my appointment for an urgent medical need was the one getting canceled repeatedly and not some routine follow up appointment or the like, he made it abundantly clear they prioritize current repeat customers (patients) over new patients, regardless of their medical need or his office's negligent behavior repeatedly canceling appointments. In the end I was told he would be referring me to said specialist and I should expect a phone call from them. I will follow up when and if that happens. read more

This office has consistently gone above and beyond to meet my family's needs. They are caring and consistent! I feel like the know my family and we are more than just a patient. Dr. Gardner worked on my husband's crown and we've been very pleased with his work. Meanwhile, I saw Dr. Probst and had great results with my fillings. Thank you! read more

I called The Foehr Group on August 1st in horrible pain. I first talked with Sue, whom was very informed about my dental insurance and very professional and kind on the phone. Sue told me that Mark would be in the next, so I called and talked with Mark and he was too, very professional and concerned about my pain. Mark made an appointment for me for today and I asked if I should get on an antibiotic and he said that would be good for a dental infection, so my primary care physician called in an antibiotic for me. Today, I had my appointment with Dr. Gardner and CNA DDSMD Assistant Haven. Both had the best bedside manners and I was a hard case as my infection was a pretty deep, bad and a very painful one. Dr. Gardner and Haven were so patient with my pain and made sure, after a lot of novocaine shots, that I would not be in pain while extracting my failed root canal tooth. Haven must have passed my glasses and magazines back and forth to me 6 times. LOL I also met with Grace. She was so nice and explained my bill to me and what my portion would be. I took advantage of their great one day seminar price of $2,500 for an implant. I needed grafting in which is an additional fee but it's to encourage bone growth where you've lost bone and to provide support for your implant. I highly recommend this dental group. Very friendly and professional folks and I've had a LOT of dental work. Root canals. Bridges. Crowns. An implant. Teeth pulled. You name it. Anyone that's written bad reviews regarding The Foehr Group should try getting their dental work where I'm from. Definitely not as kind there and certainly do not have the same good bedside manners. read more

Had the teeth whitening thing done. No actual dentistry done. They were super friendly. Very clean and modern. I'd love to go there if they accepted Tricare insurance. read more
