It didn't really have enough seasoning or flavor, it also felt very chewy which is something that brisket shouldn't have. So it felt a bit undercooked. The pulled pork was great, but once again its just slapped in-between 2 Hawaiian rolls. Each sandwich is not cheap, 17$ for brisket and 15$ for the pulled pork. Once again the meat was kind of spilling everywhere and there was no sauce or anything else besides the meat and bun. Normally for a sandwich at this price point you'd expect it to be a well crafted sandwich with multiple ingredients and sauce. Thankfully, when the third and largest charge hit, the bank flagged it and then also reversed the two smaller charges that preceded it, so mom wasn't out any money. My tri tip sandwich was delicious, but mom was disappointed with her pulled pork sandwich. All in, the two sandwiches, one order of fries, a Diet Coke and a bottle of water was nearly $75 which in and of itself seems outrageous, and mom tipped nearly $20 on top of that.
