As a big fan of Hatch green chilis, I had big hopes this hybrid food truck turned brick and mortar restaurant would pull off a burger with Hatch cilis. And they did. This place is awful. Portions are tiny and it's super expensive. They forgot an order of fries, it was to-go so wasn't discovered until we were home. Not driving back for that. So check your food on to-go orders. The Marvin hot burger is $13 à la carte and the jalapeños are not grilled they look and taste like the La costeña sliced jalapeños from the store. The Marvin chick sandwich was nothing special- no tomatoes or lettuce on anything so $10 for pickles and cheese. You would be better off getting the spicy chicken from Sam's Club and making your own. With all the competition in the area, you best step up your game. Just make the drive to Inn n Out in Laughlin. Cheaper and you know it's gonna be good. read more

Great burgers! The onion rings are amazing! We got the regular cheeseburgers and the bbq onion ring burger and all were so good. The signature sauce is also amazing. It's like a thousand island with a kick. Also got shakes which also were great. Close to the freeway and we have family near by so it worked out. First of all love their hatch chile bacon cheeseburger fire must try lots of flavor did not disappoint went numerous times while in needles and the staff is very chill not too talkative but just watch out on your drinks they tend to pour more ice then soda ok if you like that I like more soda stop by n gas up since it's by car wash n gas station . Way too many veggies on them, we each had almost half an onion. The fries were so over cooked they were hallowed out. We split a shake and it was OK too. Fries are tasty with a choice between curly or crinkle cuts (that's always my choice). What a find just off the highway! This burgers are delicious! It is a couple of minutes off I40 but worth the few turns you'll have to make to get there, plus there is a convenience store/gas station connected that has less expensive gas than right along the highway! You may use the restroom in the convenience store/gas station as long as you are a customer at either Starvin Marvin's or the station/store. The interior of Marvin's only has a few bar stools to dine inside. There are a couple of tables outside. Of course you can always eat these magnificent burgers in the comfort of your climate controlled vehicle as well. Definitely our best burger experience going 1400 miles, and even compared to places where the burger restaurant is the destination! read more

My carnivorous friends love this place but it is not vegetarian friendly. Their fries are cooked in beef tallow. They advertise an Impossible Burger as a veggie burger when they are two different things (the veggie burger is grain/bean/veggie based ... hence the name!). So if you want to fill up on lard and beef, more power to you. But if you are veggie you can't eat the fries at all and impossible burgers taste like meat which is the opposite of what most vegetarians are looking for. Also please correct the menu and stop calling it a veggie burger! read more
