I have had probably 15-20 reflexology/foot massages in the South Florida area. This was the worse one I've ever gotten. It was abusive. I went in two days ago for an hour foot massage, which is 45 minutes on the feet and 15 on the hands, arms and back. The guy who gave me the massage seemed angry. He was mumbling under his breath the first 15 minutes and was just doing fast motion rubbing on my feet, not even paying attention. I asked him to go a little harder. He looked at me angrily and proceeded to give a fast massage like he just wanted to be out of there, but a little harder. Then at the end when he did my back he was drilling into my muscles with his elbow. I had to tell him twice he was going to hard. It was like he was trying to hurt me. Yesterday my back and neck felt awful, very sore. I went in hoping for a relaxing experience and instead left in much worse shape. I told the lady at the front desk and she said he was suppose to pick up his kid. Why did you make him massage me then? I would have rather waited 20 minutes for the next available person than get abused. And still, whatever frustration he had, he shouldn't have taken out on me. Totally unacceptable and I should have not been charged. Reading a past review, the person said a man who smelled like cigarette smoke hurt them too. Maybe it's the same person and he's just sadistic. I like a deep massage so I know the difference between going deep and hurting someone. He shouldn't be in this business. read more

The reception area is separate from the massage area, I was very happy when I was shown to my chair in the massage room because the decor was very nice, everything was spotless and the massage chair was comfortable and plush, I did not expect it to be so nice judging from the outside, I am really happy I gave it a chance because this is the best Foot Spa I have been to so far in Florida. I had Kevin as my masseuse and he was amazing, he offered me a water bottle, then put a small soft towel over my eyes and got to it. His massage technique was amazing, I like pressure applied but I don't like to hurt, Kevin did an amazing job and was extremely professional and pleasant. I did not have a good experience here! However it might have just been my massage therapist. I have friends that had a wonderful experience. My therapist asked me how firm I wanted the pressure and I said medium. Normally I prefer a medium to firm pressure but always like to start off with medium to see their style first. About 1/3 of the way through the massage I asked him to be more gentle. Then again half way through. After I asked him the second time he pressed so hard on me I yelped and had to ask him again to be more gentle. I was in so much pain and I couldn't wait for the whole experience to be over. I don't think I should have had to ask him 3 times to be more gentle!!!! I thought I must have been being overly sensitive and didn't say anything to the front desk. However the next day I had bruises on my arms and legs from where the therapist had massaged me. I have never had bruises after a massage before. Needless to say I won't be going back. read more

This place doesn't look like much from the outside and it can be intimidating to a single female going into such a dark room. But I assure you, the guys who do the foot & neck massage are all super professional and it quickly becomes a very relaxed experience. It's definitely a lot better than some of the other ones I've gone to in the area. I've only held back a 5th star because it's hit or miss as to whether you get someone who does true reflexology. Wonderful! We made a spur of the moment appointment for four of us. It was so nice. Starts with a foot soak, and you lay back on concave shaped massage bed. They cover your eyes and upper body with a warm towel. They start with your shoulders, arms down to hands, while your feet are soaking. Then move to legs and feet for a delicious relaxing reflex massage. When feet are done they move on to front of legs. Then flip to your tummy and legs, back and neck receive treatment. Just wear anything comfortable. The staff was so nice and atmosphere so relaxing. I will do that again for sure read more

What a great place! I had previous poor experiences with foot spas, so I was skeptical to try this place out, but I went with the positive yelp reviews and I'm glad I did! This place was clean, friendly, and relaxing! I called about an hour ahead and asked for a 60 minute massage and they told me when to come in. I had gone in because I was having muscle pain and tightness in one of my feet, so I expressed that to my therapist. She got deep into my foot and was massaging muscles inside my foot I never knew I had! It felt great to have those muscles worked on! She also massaged my legs, arms, back, neck, and head. Rubs ur legs for the majority of the time...I had to ask them to massage my feet...at a foot spa. He kept zoning out rubbing my legs up and down back and forth doing completely nothing. I don't need u to rub lotion on my legs for 20 mins. I had to ask him to do the sides of my feet and my heels or he wld have just kept rubbing my toes for the entire hour.
