I found this place on Yelp looking for some French food since I was too full on this trip to go to the French pavilion in Epcot and I was craving French brunch. This place was great. I got the lunch combination with a choice of soup or salad (I opted for soup du jour, which was a tomato soup) and the Croque madame. I paired my meal with the seasonal selection of matcha, the blueberry Matcha. Service was pretty quick and the food and drink were amazing. Croque Madame was cheesy and delicious with a yummy runny egg. The matcha was sweet and had the blueberry flavor from the whipped cream. The tomato soup was savory, creamy, and with tomato flavor and came with two slices of baguettes, which were great to dip up the soup. If I'm ever back in Orlando I would 100% make a stop by here again.

You order at the counter, grab a table, and they'll bring the food out to you. We got the Croque Madame with the soup du jour (broccoli cheddar) and a potato bacon quiche. The Croque Madame was tasty/crispy and the soup was flavorful but the quiche was quite bland. I added salt, pepper, and ketchup to give it more flavor. Staff was friendly and our food came out pretty quickly. We enjoyed the ambiance and the decor did transport us to France. This is a local spot worth trying because they have unique options than your typical Denny's/Ihop type breakfast.

It was bagged nicely and well organized. The omelette was a generous sized portion with plenty of tender chicken, peppers, and cheese. There was salsa to add a bit of flavor, but it tasted that it was made in New York City (if you remember that commercial ;) ). The white toast was soft and buttery, and the potatoes were good. My mom enjoyed the banana pecan waffles, and I took a couple bites as well. It was sinfully sweet and enjoyable, especially the bananas. And I must say the coffee was so good, it was even better than the Juan Valdez coffee that I make at home. Since I didn't visit the restaurant, I can't comment on the atmosphere. But I believe the service is excellent because they nicely packed all items and kept it organized. I definitely need to take my family to this restaurant. Since the one in Metrowest closed, this is the closest one to us. I am glad the food is still excellent and the coffee keeps you peppy. This is definitely a great breakfast restaurant in the Dr. Phillips area. Overall: A

Portions were large providing leftovers, which I'm completely on board with. Prices were great! The variety of options were ideal for visitors. Food was served fast. Lastly, plenty of easy and free parking in the shared shopping center lot.

SERVICE: Our server, Caroline, was amazing--so warm, welcoming, approachable, helpful, and accommodating. She really made the meal special. THE FOOD: The chicken fried steak was absolutely amazing, and the brown sugar banana pancake was fantastic. The biscuits were huge, fluffy, and packed with flavor, and both the gravy and mashed potatoes were incredibly flavorful. The oversized chorizo burrito was also excellent. THE DRINKS: The only negative was the pistachio coffee, which tasted a bit too artificial. We can't wait to go back home and visit our closest location!

It was really loud and there wasn't many soft surfaces to help absorb that sound. The location did appear to be clean. Now let's get to the food. I ordered the fried chicken benedict. Huge sprig of rosemary. Cayenne pepper (if it wasnt cayenne then idk what it was but thats what it tasted like) . Hollandaise was like glue. Maybe it was supposed to be gravy? Batter didnt stay on the chicken. Scrambled eggs in the chicken batter with a slice of cheese. Deep fried raw spaghetti noodles (why???). 2 pieces of bacon. Tomatoes. A pile of uncooked spinach. Frozen biscuit (if it wasnt frozen, you need a new biscuit maker). Mashed potatoes from a bag. Orange slice. Cantaloupe slice. This was a terrible version. Stop. Leave the stupid rosemary off your dishes. It looks stupid and not everyone likes rosemary. I dont recommend this place. Go to Dennys or Waffle House.

Since it was the last day of Bite 30, my dad took advantage of that. We started with the cauliflower bites, which reminded me of a bang bang shrimp. It was sweet and spicy, but with fried cauliflower instead of shrimp. It was enjoyable. For entree, my dad had the salmon, while I took the chicken sliders. (3 for 10 on Mondays). The sliders were fried chicken in hot honey with pickles and slaw on a buttermilk biscuit. The fried chicken was fine and more enjoyable with the pickle and slaw, but the biscuits was a bit crumbly. I enjoyed a piece of my dad's salmon more, which tasted good with the fried rice. For dessert, we had the peanut butter and chocolate cake, which was a bit dry, but still enjoyable with the chocolate sauce. The peanut butter mousse made it a bit moister. While it was an enjoyable meal, my body is gonna punish me on the healing process, especially after having a sweet coconut mojito (13 dollars) too. The service was good and friendly, and the atmosphere was casual and quiet. Most patrons were locals who visit the restaurant often for good deals. Sadly I didn't take pictures of my meal as I am still healing from my fractures, but it's was an enjoyable meal, especially with the deals used. I will visit again since it's pretty close to my parents house when I want some comfort food at reasonable prices. Overall: B

We had made a reservation and upon walking in it took awhile for someone to help us and no one was at the hostess stand. The bartender encouraged us to sit in her section but we wanted a booth and not a high top. When we went to sit, the bench was still wet from being wiped down. We asked to try some wines and they brought us tastes in small shot glasses rather than wine glasses and the sparkling rose was a bit warm. When my friend got her wine glass, she noticed there were lipstick stains on it and luckily the severer was quick to get it replaced when we pointed it out. My cocktail was overly strong. The food portions were pretty large though some of the dishes lacked salt. The server made some good recommendations and our favorite dishes were the chicken piccata and the peanut butter cake. The beignets themselves were good but we didn't love the sauces. I would give it another try but wouldn't rush back.
