    BBQ Chicken and Bacon Pizza
    Cynthia L.

Just wanted to give a quick shoutout to my personal favorite pizza place!! I've been going to this place for years now and the owners are always so sweet. They have the BEST BBQ bacon chicken pizza, so flavorful and always delicious. I promise you won't find another pizza like this anywhere else. I usually get carry out but they offer delivery or dine in!

An unassuming pizzeria located on the east side of Orlando that kicks out some great pizza. I have been coming here for well over a decade and have seen them in both their old location and their current dogs located just off Chickasaw. Being from New Jersey, I like to think I know good pizza and this is good pizza. I prefer my pizza at one or the other extreme. Either plain or with the works. Napoli's does both of these very well. Their works is loaded with toppings. Give this place a try. You will go back.

Not to be confused with Napoli Italian Pizzeria over on S. Semoran Blvd, I am seriously impressed with this hole in the wall joint over near the Neighborhood Wal-Mart shopping plaza. And not to be confused with another pizza joint that occupies that same plaza, but Napoli is the real deal when it comes to New York style pizza. I find myself in this area of town about once a month, and almost always, I get some takeout food from a place in this area. For some reason, I shied away from the pizza places in this area because my ignorant self thought, "How good could a pizzeria be in a friggin' Wal-Mart place?" Shame on me. I was wrong. Napoli is a small hole in the wall place which is usually a first indication that they're great, and it certainly applies here. It's a bit confusing to find since there is another pizza joint in the same plaza, but don't let that defer you from checking them out. It's a small location, but they do have room for indoor dining. And this being in a shopping plaza, there are plenty of places to park. Whenever I try a new pizza joint, I always play it on the safe side and go with a standard cheese pizza. I mean, if you can't get a cheese pizza right, that doesn't give me much faith to try the specialty pizzas. Fortunately, Napoli's gets it. I ordered a cheese pizza and from the very first bite, I could tell that Napoli's knows what they're doing. Their pizza has just the right amount of tasty sauce, crust that is cooked at the perfect temperature, and a little of pizza grease that brings out the best in New York style pies. Their prices are pretty similar to other Orlando pizza joints, and that's not a bad thing at all. $12 for a pizza that will last a single person for a few days is an awesome deal. The staff are super friendly. According to their website, it is family owned, and it certainly shows. When I picked up my pizza, I was greeted with the same amount of warmth I got from my Italian extended family. I can't wait to check out their other offerings. If a standard cheese pizza is this good, their specialty pizzas and Italian dinners look very promising. If you're in the area, or if you're just looking for a damn good pizzeria in the Orlando area, Napoli's is totally worth your time and money. They're a small business and I am more than happy to give them my support in these weird times we have found ourselves in.

I ordered delivery to my hotel, it was fast, fresh & hot. The lady on the phone and the delivery driver were nice! The pizza tasted great, my little one kept saying it was so yummy and he enjoyed his spaghetti. The garlic knots were delicious , so flavorful. Would order here again!

Most people's idea of a "5 star restaurant" invokes thoughts of white tablecloths and waiters refilling your water glass. This tucked away spot is too small to need waiters and marinara sauce does not pair well with white linens, so just expect good food and you won't be disappointed. I've been coming here for years and so far, the chicken Parmesan sub is still my favorite. It's stuffed with nicely breaded chicken, slathered in sauce and covered with a generous portion of cheese. I've never been able to eat a whole 12 inch. The Philly cheesesteak isn't quite comparable to those I had on my last trip up north, but definitely hits the spot as well. Pizza-wise, the Bianca pie with its decadent bites of ricotta and the bbq chicken got rave reviews from my staff. Today is my second time ordering pasta - I picked just a simple spaghetti with meat sauce. Last time I had leftovers to take for lunch the next day, and that was after I had it for dinner AND my 18 year old son sampled. (His idea of a "sample" involved a plate, btw, it wasn't just a bite). The pasta dinners come with garlic knots and a salad. It's not just a sad lettuce and tomato "salad" either, there are black olives, onions and banana peppers in there also. If you must be American and order ranch, just know that you are missing out on an amazing savory and herby Italian dressing that I would love to be able to order by the bottle. Bonus - the couple that run this place are super nice : )

This place is a hidden gem! We ordered the Chicken Alfredo Pizza and it was absolutely delicious. The owners are very kind people and the service was great. It is a very small family owned store but you can see the love and dedication in everything they do. Will definitely be coming back next time we are in town !

I stopped by on my bike. Really pleasant owners and the veggie wrap was great! Thank you for a great experience! Also, it is nice you had a vegan option on your menu.

This place was pretty good. I was at Planet Fitness craving a gyro at 9:30pm, so that didn't leave me with many options. Athena's was closed, so I tried this place, and I'm glad I did. The gyro meat wasn't fresh shaved, but it was still tasty. It seemed like there was half a head of lettuce on it. I'm counting that as a salad! The fries were hot and crispy, just like I like them. Y'all know I'm the Fry Snob! I look forward to trying this place again sometime.

So I forgot to take a picture before I dug in. This is my second slice. See?! Thin, cheesy baked goodness. Now let me finish my pizza...

I was hungry. And hungry for pizza! So I checked out some reviews of places near me and decided on Napoli. I walked in to be greeted by a woman who was at the cash register. She gave me a moment to review the menu (guess I looked hungry/perplexed) and shortly after asked if I had decided on something. I ordered 2 slices of cheese + a drink for $6+ tax. Not bad. These slices aren't small either! Super cheesy. Not too greasy, thin pizza. a whole lot of baked goodness, people! A true hole in the wall pizza joint in the heart of Orlando. Overall Impression: I'm impressed. Will definitely be back. Friendly staff, super clean restaurant (& restrooms) and the pizza was delicious. Well done, Napoli!

From the moment we walked in, the staff at the front entrance was incredibly welcoming and even took the time to show us around the market. The ambience feels like a neighborhood Italian shop, with shelves lined with imported products from Italy that make it fun to browse while you wait. It's a small, casual space that feels authentic rather than overly polished. We ordered the Italian sub with sun-dried tomatoes instead of the standard toppings, along with the chicken cutlet sandwich with vodka sauce. Both sandwiches had excellent flavor and tasted fresh. The sun-dried tomatoes were a great addition to the Italian, although I do think it could have used a little more meat. Considering the price, I expected it to be a bit more generously filled. The chicken cutlet sandwich was delicious overall, but the cutlet itself was a little dry. I asked for extra sauce, and initially the employee seemed reluctant and tried to charge me for it. After I showed him how dry the sandwich was, he gave me the sauce, which made a huge difference and brought the sandwich together. That interaction was really my only service-related critique. Overall, the quality of the ingredients is excellent, the sandwiches are satisfying, and the market has a unique charm you don't find at most sandwich shops. While it's definitely on the pricier side, the authentic atmosphere and quality make it a place I'd happily come back to. I'd love to work my way through more of the menu on future visits.

After a 10 mile hike at Orlando Wetlands, I was ready to eat. I'd read about Stasio's on some…read more"best sandwich" lists and decided it was time to try it out. I will be going there after every Saturday hike forever more. The lists did not lie. Stasio's delivered the best sandwiches I have had in Florida. Walking in, I must have looked confused because I heard a knowing voice ask if it was my first time in. I admitted that it was and a delightful employee walked over to me to show me around. Stasio's has a deli counter, a coffee counter, and several shelves with Italian foods. I quickly learned that sandwiches are ordered at the deli and brought out to the waiting area when ready. Coffee is ordered at a cash register and the coffee is poured or prepared after purchase. Any prepared foods, together with sandwiches and fresh bread, are paid for at one of two registers. Despite the crowd -- and it was crazy busy -- everything was remarkably efficient and the staff showed no sign of stress. I ordered an Egg and Pepper sandwich and a Caprese Sandwich. Bread is made onsite and it was as fresh and delicious. (I ordered a loaf of Semolina/Italian bread and brought it home, where it was eaten within a few hours. At $4.99 for a loaf, it is an amazing value and a great treat!). Both the egg and pepper and the Caprese were prepared simply and to perfection. Fresh ingredients pack a lot of flavor and my mouth is watering just thinking about it. Amazingly, I don't think Stasio's adds any fats to their sandwiches -- The egg in the egg and pepper, and the mozzarella in the Caprese do all the work. There are seats at a bar along the front window and a few tables outside, but I chose to eat in my car. At a peak time (like Noon on a Saturday), there was not a lot of available seating but it did seem that chairs opened up fairly quickly. After a 10 mile hike, I just did not think it was fair to anyone who might be seated next to me to have to sit next to me! No photos but others have shared enough that you can picture the experience!

I understand that it was probably easier that way - given you might have to clean up between meats, or whatever else. And that's fine - IF YOU COMMUNICATE with the customer. The lady ordering the meat apologized. For reasons? It wasn't her fault. I appreciate it, but unnecessary. Finally after waiting for a longer time, the young woman behind the counter apologized for the delay. There never should have been a delay. Plus the sandwich was lackluster. I noticed they offered a Boxed Lunch combo that included a half-brick focaccia sandwich, a choice of side, chips, and a cookie. Under the Soups & Sides section of the menu, I saw soups, salads, fruit, chips, and bread listed, so I asked if I could get the Kale Caesar Salad as my side. I was told it wasn't considered a side. That struck me as a little odd since it was listed under "Soups & Sides," but I didn't press the issue and instead ordered the sandwich and salad separately. I do wish there had been a sandwich-and-salad combo option, especially since it's Florida and 100 degrees outside--hot soup wasn't exactly calling my name that day! The Ghost Pepper Chicken sandwich was a bit dry, and I didn't notice much Swiss cheese or enough ghost pepper bang sauce to add much heat or moisture. On the plus side, the focaccia bread was fantastic, and the sandwich was piled high with sliced chicken. Even the half-brick size was plenty filling. The Kale Caesar Salad was much smaller than expected and, ironically, seemed like it would have fit perfectly as a combo side. It also contained more romaine than kale, with just a sprinkling of baby kale on top. The Caesar dressing, however, was excellent--rich, creamy, and full of flavor. At $6 for a small bowl, I was hoping for a little more substance. I also treated myself to the Belgian Chocolate Salted Caramel Cookie that would have come with the Boxed Lunch combo, and it was outstanding. Soft, gooey, and packed with flavor. Bricks & Bowls has a pleasant outdoor seating area in a courtyard setting, with tables shaded by large umbrellas. Just keep in mind that there is no indoor seating, and even with the shade, it can be pretty warm during a Florida summer. Overall, it was a decent first experience with some highlights and a few disappointments. The food had some strong points, particularly the focaccia bread, dressing, and cookie, but at around $20 for a quick-service lunch, I left feeling that the value didn't quite match the price.
