Went in to purchase a fragrance turns out it was a fake went to try to return it turns out they only give you back credit.

0 stars if possible. Sold my girlfriend on 2 perfumes that smelled good as it was the display bottles. Got home to the Bay Area and opened both perfumes, smelled way different (fake). I even asked the lady if their items are 100% authentic, she hesitated a bit and said yes. I should have known better. Don't trust this place for "deals". read more

The dude and I came here on 01/18/21 as Coach was out of my favorite perfume unfortunately, So we stumbled upon this place by accident. We entered the store and was not expecting them to have Coach perfume and they did! They had a huge bottle for only 80 something much is about $20 less than the in store Coach. One of my favorite perfumes. They were having a sale of buy one get one half off so I went with another perfume which was new to me buy smelled so good! The staff was very friendly and patient with me and I was able to smell a lot of perfumes and the dude too! They had children perfume as well which I knew I could not walk out the store without Belle Perfume for my 6 year old niece and Poppy without my 4 year old niece at all!! Overall, we spent quite a bit of money here and I can say that the perfumes all smelled lovely and don't know why this place has so many low ratings!!! The store was very clean and organized. Staff was very knowledgeable on the products and cost comparisons. They were wearing face masks and definitely earning our business as well as the whole experience was fun, no pressure and high quality perfumes! I highly recommend to come here and get your discount on perfumes which can save you money if you are not looking to spend the full price! read more

I would have given a negative rating if it was available. I purchased 2 perfumes at this store and later I discovered that the same original perfume was available at many different stores (amazon, Walmart) at 50% of the price I paid for at Fragrance Outlet Livermore Outlet. I called the store within an hour for a price adjustment and I was denied. They were not willing to refund the amount as well. I felt like I have been cheated. Customers BEWARE and please check price online at other stores before buying from this location. They hike the price first and then give a discount of BOG 50% off on the second one luring customers to think that they are benefitted. But it is the other way round. I would never purchase from this store. read more

I'm very surprised this store has such a low star review. May (didn't think to ask how to spell her name) was so helpful, i used to box in middle and half of high school and i can't smell that well cause my nose gets stuffy. She helped me and showed me so many options and was very patient. I think people need to be respectful, nice, just cause you are buying something doesn't give you the right to come in with their nose held up high. read more

The worst store I ever bought a perfume!! People - be aware and don't buy anything from this store!!! I bought for my husband a perfume and he got super bad rash on his neck and chest after one time that he used that perfume and I had to take him to the hospital to get treatment and antibiotics to get rid of this horrible rash. They are selling in this store fake perfumes and when I came back to there to tell them about what happened to my husband they kicked me out from the store and treated me like a garbage. Please people don't go to this store and stay safe from their "perfumes" !!!!! read more

Worst place ever , BEWARE!!! my parents came from over seas and bought perfume, while I'm inside the shops I google the brand and released it's way more cheaper in Macy's! My father paid and we ask to return one of the 3 product. They don't refund Evan if you bought 10 second ago and still in the shop . The manager was super rude and call her security boyfriend and he ask us to leave and that's the policy. Short cut please do yourself a favor and never go inside. SCAM! negative 5 stars if I could. Especially their "French collection" that they have on the glass counter tops are WAY overpriced, you can buy them online on amazon for $14-$20. It's not worth it, plus they don't do returns after its open. & they try not to return it even if it's not open. AND most of their fragrances are fake, they don't smell the same as the real ones. read more

EVERYTHING IS FAKE . Bought a jean paul gaultier " le Male". Opened it doesn't have a cap , and obviously comes in different packaging once opened. Not original , have bought this about 2 times before at Macy's . Once opened they will not accept return as it says on the receipt . read more

HORRIBLE . Doesn't smell like sample & you obviously have to open it to smell it . Never used, But if the plastic is removed they consider it open & won't take it back or exchange it. Bought during Christmas time as a present wasn't even able to give the gift cause they smelled so bad, but don't live in the area so wasn't able to make it back in until now and they didn't even care to listen. It Smelled HORRIBLE. Worker & manager barely spoke English and of course Horrible customer service. DO NOT GIVE YOUR BUSINESS. Will NEVER be returning. Just horrible. This store, in particular Fragrance Consultant indicated as Rose; the Manager (an Asian female) shows very poor customer service and displays bias and racial discrimination practices. I am an African American female and I was in the store on 8-6-16. I was approached by a consultant that handed me a fragrance sample, which I received and stated that I would like to ask a question, but within seconds of my conversation, an Asian female customer walked up and approached & stated that she would like to ask a question about men's fragrances and Rose immediately walked away from me to assist the Asian female. I was so offended that I left the store, but within moments I returned to ask why Rose walked away in the middle of a conversation I was trying to have with her, she said she has to help customers. It should be acknowledged that I AM a customer as well. Then I waited for my explanation and Rose went to a back area and another employee said she would help me in a moment & I indicated I wanted to speak to the Manager. The employee went to retrieve the Manager and it was Rose. The Manager walked around the store twice and still would not assist me indicating she is there to help only the customers but stated I seem to want to ask questions. If she had simply assisted me instead of only assisting other customers, she would have realized that every one that enters the store is a customer or potential customer and not just people of a certain race. I truly feel this store and this Manager needs to retrained in customer service, unless the store's policy or the store's message to the community and the potential customers is "blatant bias and racial discrimination practices enforced". The security cameras for that will show how she definitely didn't want to acknowledge me and I was not loud or belligerent but did swear on my way out ONLY AFTER I was disrespected and discriminated against by Rose. Hopefully some retraining will help her. read more
