She was fantastic at helping me prepare for my cross country move and helping select all of the best products for our new place. Her staff are a reflection of her management style. They are enthusiastic and well trained to be as pleasant and helpful as can be. It's been almost 2 years and I found out today she is still there. It doesn't surprise me. I am glad because she deserves this review. Great people skills aren't easily found and one of the keys to a successful business. I enjoyed shopping at this particular store because of her attention to the details. Didn't ask my name or order or what the item was. It was literally a foundation stick.....It was exactly 8pm and they for sure could've let me run in to pick it up. They clearly care more about getting out the door than their customers. To conclude, I canceled my order promptly as I won't give my business to a store who doesn't value customer service. If they can't accommodate customers up until the minute they close, then they won't get my business.
