I love love love this smoothie shop! It is tucked away in between other shops in a really nice area. Head to the Canton plaza with Shop Rite and Barnes & Noble, and you're in the right place! There's usually ample parking, even when it looks crowded. I think a lot of people tend to park, pickup, and leave shortly after. Inside, it is clean and very inviting. Right now due to the pandemic, there isn't seating available, but whenever that goes away, I'm sure they will open up the cute counter seats where you can enjoy your smoothie and people watch! They do have a couple of chairs set up outside as the days get warmer. The menu is HUGE. You can also customize ANY smoothie with different milks, add-ins, fruit, boosters, etc. I love that about Emerald City Smoothie! The staff at this location is super nice and unbelievably fast! They definitely mastered their assembly line, and even when I order a complicated customized specialty, it comes out perfect. In case you're wondering, I highly recommend the Coconut Paradise smoothie without pineapple, add peanut butter, and change out for almond milk. It's delicious! *chef's kiss*

They've really gone downhill. Bowls taste like nothing because they've been so heavily diluted with ice.

They've gone down hill. Looks like they're trying to cut costs by just diluting everything with extreme amounts of ice.

They need to disclose all their ingredients in each item including syrups. I feel kinda upset it's more than what's on the board....

It was 100 degrees out today, what's better then a refreshing açaí bowl? The menu at Liquid Nirvana is extensive, and everywhere you turn there are additional menu items. In addition to açaí bowls, there are juices, smoothies, salads and wraps available. I got the Tropical Paradise Açaí Bowl. The base is made of açaí, almond milk, pineapple, mango, banana and blueberries. It was topped with granola, pineapple, banana, coconut and honey. This was so fresh! I could hear the blender running as the girl, blended everything for me. There's no freezer burn here. It was cold, fresh, and so delicious! I also think $11.00 is a great value. I once paid $17 for an açaí bowl on my travels somewhere, the portion was tiny and it was far from fresh. Liquid Nirvana offers delicious, fresh, high quality products from a large assortment of organic fruits and vegetables.

In fact, the space doesn't look much different at all from the way it was laid out under Fosters. Rush Bowls sells two categories of food -$8 Smoothies and $10 Rush Bowls in dozens of variations and permutations. Let's start with their Smoothies. There are seventeen smoothies broken down into four basic categories of Acai, Signature, Rejuvenate, and Juice (Apple or OJ). They have different combinations of fruit (mango, blueberry, peach, banana, pineapple, strawberries, raspberries, dragon fruit, coconut, liquids (milks, juices),and an assortment of extras (granola, honey, kale, spinach, granola, acai, peanut butter, whey, frozen yogurt, chocolate sauce, avocado, espresso, and even lemonade). Their twenty juice based Bowls are similar, and you eat them with a spoon instead of a straw. My wife ordered the PB Crunch Smoothie with Banana, Peanut Butter, Granola, Milk and Froyo. I had a sip and loved its distinctive peanut flavor. I went with a Dragon Bowl of Dragon fruit, Banana, Strawberry, Blueberry, Coconut Milk, Apple Juice, chocolate sauce, and three toppers - Granola, Honey and Almonds. I liked it a lot, it had great flavor and plenty of crunch from the granola and almonds. We chatted with the two young ladies who were preparing our order and learned the store had only been open for a few weeks. Apparently, they are busiest lunch time when the locals come in for a quick to go order. My Bowl was pretty filling, so I definitely saw how it is becoming popular as a lunch option.

The visits started out pretty good as we were a group of 12 coming into their establishment to start their day and we were their first clients. To walk in we expressed that we understood that only one person was working and that the timing may be a little bit slower due to the fact that she was the only one there. We put our orders in and slowly started seeing other clients of theirs come in the door and place orders. We could tell that some may have been online but let's remember that we walked in as they were opening. We waited an hour and 35 minutes to get paninis and smoothies and started noticing the people that had come in behind us and online orders were getting their food before us. We went to the front counter to ask, "Why are people getting their orders before us?" and we expressed that it was because they placed their orders online and that online orders had their own process. We were unable to accept this as we were their first clients of the day. We waited an hour and a half and people behind us and all non-orders were receiving their food before us. This was not just about the customer service and speed at which we received our order. We ordered a banana and peanut butter panini and two apple and cheese paninis, of which the bread was dry. There were barely any ingredients on the sandwich and it just did not taste good at all. This may be my first time saying I do not recommend a restaurant but this time I must say it. I can say the establishment was clean. It's an open kitchen where you can see the restaurant. They had games for kids to play and the ingredients seem to be fresh. I just spoke with the owner and got a better understanding of what happened. While I won't adjust what was said I will say the due to the fresh ingredients, situational challenges and promptness of reply of the owner, I will adjust my review as to not hurt this local small business. The owner was courteous, understanding and apologetic. She gave a detailed answer as to what happened and how they plan to improve.

Two things struck me right away when I walked into Liquid Nirvana. The first was their humongous menu board offering dozens of amazing juices, boosts, bites, bowls, smoothie bowls, granola, seasonals and specials. You might be well served to check out their menu before you visit, because reading everything will take you a while. The other feature that jumped out at me was the large number of games and kid-friendly things everywhere - a pint-sized blackboard easel with chalk and pastels, table sized tic tac toe boards, a full-sized Connect Four game, a kiddie sized basketball hoop, and a Skee ball game. If you didn't know you were in a juice and smoothie bar, you might think you were in a daycare center! The interior is adorable! Plenty of bright popping color, interesting artwork, gorgeous color art on their storefront glass, Bric a Brac décor, and three small tables that can seat a total of nine customers. Everything here is made fresh to order for natural ingredients -yogurt, milks, fruits, and vegetables. No powdered scoops of anything. They have a sign on the wall letting you know that "since we make everything from scratch, your order may take 10-1 minutes to make". Well, let me tell ya that every second of our wait was worth it. We bought a medium sized Almond Joy Nirvana Smoothie ($9) with coconut, honey milk, almond, chocolate chips, peanut butter, and banana. The banana and chocolate flavors really popped. Holy Moley was it fantastic. Great job Liquid Nirvana. We found your product and consumer experience to be outstanding.

Since I knew I would be waiting, I politely asked if I could use the restroom. I was told no. I initially assumed there had been a misunderstanding, so I explained that I wasn't a random passerby looking for a public restroom. I was there to pick up an active DoorDash order and would be waiting while they finished preparing it. Unlike employees who have a workplace with designated break areas and restroom access, delivery drivers spend their entire workday on the road. We don't have a home base to return to between orders. Because of that, we often rely on the basic courtesy of restaurants and businesses we partner with while conducting pickups and deliveries. Most businesses understand this and treat drivers respectfully. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here. What happened next was what bothered me most. Rather than simply explaining their policy and treating me with basic courtesy, the employees largely stopped engaging with me altogether. They avoided eye contact, ignored my attempts to communicate, and acted as though I wasn't standing there. It was an incredibly dehumanizing experience. After waiting several more minutes, I said, "I could have been done by now." The only response I received was, "It's not for the public." I again explained that I was there for an active pickup and was waiting on an order that still wasn't ready. Once again, I was met with silence. To be clear, I completely understand that businesses located on busy commercial streets cannot allow every random person who walks in off the street to use their restroom. That's not what this situation was. I was there performing a service directly connected to their business. DoorDash drivers are part of the fulfillment process that allows restaurants to participate in DoorDash, reach additional customers, and generate revenue from delivery orders. I wasn't asking for special treatment--just the basic courtesy of using the restroom while waiting on an order that they were still preparing. What makes this even more frustrating is that if the order had been ready when I arrived, I would have already been gone. The only reason I was standing there waiting was because of the restaurant's delay. At that point, I decided to unassign myself from the order, even though it was a high-paying delivery. If a business is unwilling to show basic respect to the drivers helping deliver its orders, then it can find someone else to complete those deliveries. I will also be reporting this experience to DoorDash so they are aware of how drivers are being treated at this location. To fellow Dashers: I strongly encourage you to decline orders from this establishment and spend your time supporting businesses that treat delivery drivers with professionalism and basic human dignity. To potential customers: please consider whether this is the kind of business you want to support. Everyone deserves to be treated with respect, including the people helping get your food to your door.

Candy, fudge, boba, smoothies, and a super sweet woman who chatted with us and took our order. Located in the Shoppes at Farmington Valley in Canton (Across from Sur La Table), we happened to walk in on just their second day of business. The store looks as though it's been open for months. Everything is gorgeous to look at. There are bulk gummy candies and packaged candy boxes on the left wall, menu boards for the shakes, smoothies, bobas, bubble teas and fudge on the right wall. The center showcase has individual chocolates and fudge for you to order by the piece or by weight. We picked up two squares of fudge -an orange beauty that tasted like a Creamsicle, and a layered work of art with chocolate and nuts and toffee. Fudge is priced at $1.12/oz. They are a welcome addition to one of our favorite shopping centers and should do pretty well with their candies and fudge for the holidays. I imagine as the weather warms up in the spring, they'll do a great business with their shakes, smoothies, bobas, and bubble teas. Welcome to the Valley!
