Visited July 25th in Oroville. I had a heavy comforter i bought and wanted to wash it and was told by a friend that this is a clean laundromat. It is super clean! Such a nice surprise to find this place! All the machines appeared to be working and their counters were clean! They have large capacity appliances as well. It will cost 2.75 for a standard wash with more options depending on your needs. They also offer to wash and fold your laundry for a fee. Just be aware that there is the occasional homeless around the area. BTW. THEIR AUTOMATIC DOOR OPENS AT 6AM WITH AN ATTENDANT ON DUTY BY AROUND 7AM. Local patron that brings business here and I do laundry here every sunday. Today (07-19 230 pm) Employee took my clothes out when my washer had literally just finished and I told her what she did was rude and she could have asked me to take it out I was sitting pretty close by and I was actively monitoring it. I went in and was able to wash and I told one of the girls that my washer wasn't washing properly she instantly said it was fine I had to remove my clothes and re wash it again because that same machine wasn't working..... Laundry Sucks, We all know that. But I went here for the first time snd I think someone stoled pants and a few towels from us. The machine's were alright, just expensive, alot of quarters to put in. Washers 4.00 and 6.00. Unfortunately this is not the first time this kinda thing has happened to us. The neighborhood laundry in Chico stole our jeans while we utilized their service. I use the fluff and fold service. I drop off mine and my kids laundry and the girls have my clothes ready within 24hrs. The girls are great, especially Kisha! They are always helpful with great customer service, facility is always clean, and I never waited longer than 24hrs for my clothes to be done. I definitely recommend. The ladies that work there are very nice. The place is clean and I love that they have Dexter pay since I don't carry cash on me like ever. Some days are packed but today It was nice and quiet. Customers need to be considerate that these are public places and it does not belong to them, they come in and take over the place and leave their mess everywhere. Big no no!! We paid the fresh rinse for their fluff and fold service and we got a call the next day letting us know that some of our clothes were stolen, apparently by an ax wielding thief. We dropped off almost 50 lbs of clothes and got back less than 30. The owners said they would make it right with us, but once we gave them the list fo our missing clothing they decided they could not afford to do so, as their deductible was too high. Now I don't want to be dismissive of the struggles of small business, my boyfriend owns his own business, but at the same time if you pay someone to complete a service and they not only do not complete it, but lose almost $1600 worth of clothes that we worked hard to pay for.... you would hope they would make it right! read more

I go to there at least once a week and up until today thought it was the best place to go and know your clothes are being cleaned. Today was horrible every since the last attendant left the place not been clean at all I had to personally clean 2 washers my self before I could put clothes in them it was almost like mud inside them, and before i could get to them to put in the dryer due to pulling my other clothes out from the washer on the other side this new attendant was pulling my clothes out and tossing them in a basket while that was dirty , never did she ask who it belonged to i can see if i was not there and they were sitting forever but there were barely done, the whole time homeless people who seen me cleaning it out to use it was saying " they left they gone" . Also homeless people with no mask on coughing charging phones using restroom and not doing any laundry . I gave 2 stars because this place was a clean decent laundromat up until lately.
