I personally enjoyed hearing laughter coming from the kitchen area, the staff seemed to genuinely enjoy being together and at work.... it was odd to see a child brought in through the drive of window, he spent a few minutes saying hi to everyone and then back through the drive up window to be driven away. True to New Mexico style, almost everything can be smothered in red or green chile (and you absolutely should not skip it). Hands down, one of the best green chiles I've ever had in my life was here. I came in for a quick bite while passing through, hoping for a smothered burger (sadly they weren't making one that morning), but I went with Dino's Breakfast instead -- bacon and extra green chile on top.
