She pays attention to how the children are behaving with other children. To me that is very important as a mom of littles. It is always very clean and like I said Anna is extremely kind my boys love her. We did go one time when Anna wasnt there and the woman at the front was not friendly and allowed the children to behave however they wanted and my sons got picked on so much that we had to leave because she wasnt doing her job. I dont find that as a direct reflection of hop hop though that is on the new girl not the company. I love how clean and calm the environment is and the price is very reasonable as well. I would even pay more then what they charge to continue to bring my boys here. I love hop hop as a parent, a boy mom, and just a regular customer.

There are three bouncy houses, a designated toddler area, a ball pit, and some really enjoyable slides. The staff was relaxed and laid back which was nice to see as I was a bit hesitant to visit after reading a few of the other reviews; but I think a big factor was that all the parents were keeping an eye on their kids and not very busy as it was 11am. The prices seem reasonable, we got the 30 minutes for $15 and it worked for us as our little ones get a burst of energy and tire out pretty quickly.

Imagination Playhouse made it easy to check for initial availability, with clearly written policies and party package offerings listed on their website, so I was able to secure the ideal time-slot with a deposit and waivers signed within minutes of calling. I was able to bring in catering without extra charge, while they provided the utensils, napkins, and plates. Issa and Jeff were my facility coordinators for the day. When we got there at start time, they were ready at the door to help us unload. They set up the decorations and snacks. Later they assisted with the catering, cake cutting, and distribution. Lastly they helped me tear down the decorations, pass out favors, and helped us load everything back. They were kind and patient with us, and they made running this party so much easier. The facilities were clean and organized, with age appropriate play areas set up with plenty of couches so parents can sit and watch their kids. The party room at the back was open at all times so kids could fuel up and go back out. It was a private party, which made the experience a lot more enjoyable for everyone. Most of the kids knew each other from daycare and family play dates. The parents got to spend time socializing with each other. Thank you for helping us host a fantastic birthday party my son won't forget!

We did get a monthly pass since it is currently half off for my 3 kids at $27.50 each. I figured it will be worth it if we go 2x a month. I like how it accomodates little babies to 8yr olds. My main concern is cleanliness, hope they sanitizing their toys and structures everyday since i saw a lot babies eating their toys and drooling.

There are swings, slides, a ball pit with interactive game screen, electric cars, building blocks, grocery store with checkout machine, and small areas for infants as well. The party rooms looked tidy and accommodating. The design is well thought out, and my 10 month old and 2.5 year old had a great time. We will be back. Note: We came here on a weekday so cannot speak to how crowded it gets on the weekend.

We were excited to check out Kiddo Adventure and overall enjoyed trying somewhere new. The play structure itself is colorful, modern, and visually appealing. My son especially loved the bright LED-lit slides and the slides that emptied into the ball pit. It definitely has some unique features that make it fun for kids. That said, the biggest drawback for us was how crowded and cramped it felt. We visited on a weekend, and there were back-to-back birthday parties. As soon as one party ended, the staff quickly transitioned to the next one, so there never seemed to be a break in the crowds. The play structure became very busy, especially around the ball pit, where kids were constantly bumping into one another. At times, it felt a little chaotic and not as safe as I would have liked. I think the space would benefit from being a bit larger to better accommodate the number of children, particularly during birthday party hours. While we appreciated the design and attractions, the overall experience felt a little too hectic for our family's preference. I'm glad we visited and don't regret checking it out, but it's probably a one-time visit for us. I imagine weekdays might offer a much calmer experience, so if you're planning a visit, that may be the better option.

I was nervous about bigger kids accidentally pushing my baby while running around, but it felt comfortable and manageable the whole time. The slides and play structures were really cool and my little one had such a fun time running around and exploring. I especially appreciated that they have a separate toddler/younger kids area which made it feel safer and less overwhelming. As a parent, I noticed the staff did a good job keeping things organized and the overall environment felt pretty clean. There were also plenty of places for parents to sit while still being able to watch their kids play, which I appreciated. But it's either my hubby, I, or the both of us with my baby the whole time. Parking was easy too and check-in was pretty smooth. I do wish the place was a little bigger, but I also understand indoor playgrounds are probably expensive to maintain and operate these days. Overall, it was a fun experience and my baby left tired and happy which is always a win. Would definitely come back. Just wish there was a location closer to Morgan Hill!
