The staff was relaxed and laid back which was nice to see as I was a bit hesitant to visit after reading a few of the other reviews; but I think a big factor was that all the parents were keeping an eye on their kids and not very busy as it was 11am. The prices seem reasonable, we got the 30 minutes for $15 and it worked for us as our little ones get a burst of energy and tire out pretty quickly.

I understand that businesses have rules, and I always watched my son closely and tried my best to respect them. Because of the repeated complaints, I even started visiting only near closing time to avoid causing any inconvenience. However, my son also struggles with transitions and needs a goodbye song before leaving, which made every visit even more stressful. Families with autistic children already face many challenges. A little kindness, patience, and understanding can make a huge difference. I sincerely hope the staff receive more training on how to support and welcome children with special needs so that other families do not leave feeling the way we did.
