A friend told me about this place and it did not disappoint. My toddler is 1 years old not walking yet and he loved it. It's very bright and vibrant. Lots of space to crawl or run. Great climbing features. There was a mix of big and small kids. We stayed on the side that was geared more towards smaller kids. We came on a weekday so the price was a little cheaper than a wknd. We arrived around 2pm ish and there wasn't many kids there. Other kids start arriving around 3pm so if you want the place semi to yourself go on a weekday early afternoon. It's a great place to let your child get their energy out in a safe play area. The only thing to be mindful of especially if you have a smaller kid is the that things are not as clean. With kids hair and dirt/dust so be sure to wash hands after going. All and all We will definitely be back.

First time here today with my toddler. Place is decent size on slow days. They had closed down the place from 10am-12:30pm and 3-6pm today. Which was unfair having to have arrived 12pm for an all day pass. Sundays are also early closing. Anywho, their mats here at the toddler space area are filthy. You'd think they'd clean up after an event before allowing public use again. Apparently not. They should change their toddler area mats into the ones they have the rest of the play area. Easier to clean up. My toddler came home with black socks and hands. There are far better places cleaner. Staff doesn't smile. They look confused when you walk in. Wiggleworks do better...

Came here on a Wednesday around 4pm. The lady that worked this shift was super nice, has a bright smile, and had a welcoming attitude. 5 stars for her! My boys (6yo & 2yo) enjoyed this place as they played for almost 3 hrs. My eldest is an extrovert so he made friends quick. I hope there will add more stuff on the other side of the play structure. There's so much more space to fill.

Wiggle works is perfect for parents or caretakers to take their little ones. I'd say that the age range that would be perfect for this is 1-5 years old. It's an open play area with only one entrance and exit. The play area is open with the exception of second floor jump area and the first floor block area. The slide is unavailable and is replaced with a diy ball pit. It seems like this would be perfect for as an introductory play area and after getting used to here you could possibly try larger play areas. There's tons of seating available to sit and restrooms available within play area. It's not the best play area but great to let the kids roam without worry.

I got a month membership for my 25 month old. The play place was underwhelming, but I'm happy my toddler enjoyed it enough to stay busy for several hours. However, after two weeks she kept wanting to leave after 35 minutes. The jungle gym was nice and all, but was simply not enough. I was hoping the owners would add more to the other empty side of the venue, but it stayed empty. During one Saturday the venue was busy, only ONE employee was working, the line was going out the door, and three kids threw up (on different areas of the floor, not on the jungle gym thankfully) at different times within an hour. Many parents, including myself, were trying to block the kids from the soiled areas. I felt so bad for the girl working yet she remained calm and kind. Owners, this is not okay. Please schedule more support for your workers or give them a raise, because the amount of work and cleaning they do while tending to many people at a time is insane. Other pros: good prices, in/out privileges, and the area was nicely baby proofed (when they finally decided to baby lock the exit door). Thank you for the great customer service from all the ladies and one gentleman I saw working during our month there!

Small little indoor play area. Best for 2 to 5 years old. $12 on weekdays. $14 for weekend. In and out privileges for the day. Socks are required and does not need to be their specific kind or ones with grip. All that pass the gate must remove shoes to keep things clean and tidy. My niece is five years old and she was done playing here in less than an hour, but that could have been because the slide was out of order. She might have been an hour in a half if it was working. She did like the balloon room the most and spent most of their time in there. They have little slow moving merry go rounds, lego like bricks, water bed, see saw, drawing projection and climbing structures as other options.

This place sucks, it has so many hazards for kids. Its dity, they have broken stuff . No more slide instead the put a tiny ballpit. The upstairs balloon section is super dity and the balloons are nasty. I paid 28 dollars for nothing.

I had my daughter's first birthday here and it was a great experience. The staffs are very friendly and easy to work with. The Manager is very helpful and answered all my questions. All the kids had so much fun. I came back the other day after they reopened after remodeling. My daughter had so much fun on their new slides. I would recommend this place tanyone looking for a place to host their kids birthday or any event involving kids. Or even a place to tired your kids out!!

Goal complete. Did I have fun and enjoy my sons birthday? No The girls there had 0 control over the party. I constantly had to use my adult voice making me an unfun parent and host because the girl running our party had no voice, she didn't command these kids to do anything and they ran all over the girls working that day. Also, when I booked I was told that I'd only have to pay half upfront and half the day of in case we didn't have as many kids as we originally planned. The invoice they sent was for the full party amount. I emailed them asking questions with no response. They knew about my email because when I brought it up they said oh yeah I saw that! Well we will just refund you if needed.... Ok fine but don't tell me you're going to take half now and half later then. The slime is already made by the girls, your kids get to choose the type of slime they want to play with, a scent and a mix in. They do not make the slime themselves. You DO NOT need a 2 hour party. I was told they had games and stuff to do with the kids but the ladies I worked with for my sons party besides the host never left the counter and it felt like they had no structure to a party at all. My son had fun and had a good day that's all that matters, but bring your own back up because you'll be doing most of the work and you won't enjoy your time and kiss your kid doing their own slime because your busy controlling the party. One they make the slime there literally wasn't anything else for them to do.

The unattended zone, with the climbing and obstacles, has zero staff looking at it or within it (she has her back to it talking to staff in the dodgeball area). Kids in the obstacle course area are hitting and pushing each other, knocking down a child as they run throughout the zone. Staff, for the most part, are attentive or at least looking in the direction of the zone they are within. Our daughter is enjoying herself and that definitely counts. We traveled the distance for her to enjoy the glow hour experience. She greatly enjoyed the glow experience in Tahoe and the safety of the kids were the only focus of the staff. The play structures and zones were well maintained and clearly seen soap of recent. This location and experience is definitely not that. Unfortunately, it wouldn't post correctly, so I'm reposting it in English to make sure my review is published. Scandia Family Fun Center will always hold a special place in my heart. For many years, I brought my children here to celebrate several of their birthdays, and we always had an amazing time. Between the batting cages, go-karts, and arcade games, there was never a shortage of things to do. My kids had so much fun that they never wanted to leave, and I loved seeing them enjoy themselves and burn off all that energy. These are the kinds of memories you cherish forever--watching your children grow up and celebrating special moments in a place that always delivered a great experience. To me, Scandia isn't just a family entertainment center; it's part of my family's story. I'm a SUPER BIG kid with a teeny tiny competitive streak so what better place to go than to Scandia. With a play card already in the car, we used the self service kiosk to load up on play points. Each arcade station costs so many points to play. The machine accepted cash, cards and mobile pay. A few of the machines were broken, so after the machine took our points with no play we approached the counter and were credited via the play card. There were racing games with cars and motorcycles, shooting simulators, street fighter/mortal combat style games, asteroids, pac man, air hockey and more. The Fast & Furious racing simulator is the best, power ups, nitro packs, the setup of the steering wheel and pedal felt real, the interface was super engaging. My husband and I went head to head and it was incredible! This game is literally the reason I picked Scandia. Miniature golf too, we did both grounds - 18 holes each. We had a grand ol' time. Our daughter and I usually venture to Scandia for her playdates and for her play, but this time was amazing since I got to play too esp play what I wanted to play without compromise.
