Absolutely cute place! I went for a birthday party for my Goddaughter and this was perfect. My bestie rented the party room (90 minutes) and the kids had unlimited play time (even after the party time). The staff were very respectful and helpful. A friend told me about this place and it did not disappoint. My toddler is 1 years old not walking yet and he loved it. It's very bright and vibrant. Lots of space to crawl or run. Great climbing features. There was a mix of big and small kids. We stayed on the side that was geared more towards smaller kids. We came on a weekday so the price was a little cheaper than a wknd. We arrived around 2pm ish and there wasn't many kids there. Other kids start arriving around 3pm so if you want the place semi to yourself go on a weekday early afternoon. It's a great place to let your child get their energy out in a safe play area. The only thing to be mindful of especially if you have a smaller kid is the that things are not as clean. With kids hair and dirt/dust so be sure to wash hands after going. All and all We will definitely be back. read more

First time here today with my toddler. Place is decent size on slow days. They had closed down the place from 10am-12:30pm and 3-6pm today. Which was unfair having to have arrived 12pm for an all day pass. Sundays are also early closing. Anywho, their mats here at the toddler space area are filthy. You'd think they'd clean up after an event before allowing public use again. Apparently not. They should change their toddler area mats into the ones they have the rest of the play area. Came here on a Wednesday around 4pm. The lady that worked this shift was super nice, has a bright smile, and had a welcoming attitude. 5 stars for her! My boys (6yo & 2yo) enjoyed this place as they played for almost 3 hrs. My eldest is an extrovert so he made friends quick. I hope there will add more stuff on the other side of the play structure. Wiggle works is perfect for parents or caretakers to take their little ones. I'd say that the age range that would be perfect for this is 1-5 years old. It's an open play area with only one entrance and exit. The play area is open with the exception of second floor jump area and the first floor block area. The slide is unavailable and is replaced with a diy ball pit. It seems like this would be perfect for as an introductory play area and after getting used to here you could possibly try larger play areas. There's tons of seating available to sit and restrooms available within play area. It's not the best play area but great to let the kids roam without worry. read more

I asked nicely if they could post this online due to now having an upset 5 year old crying cause we can't come in . The front desk lady, who is not interested in be there as she was in her laptop ignoring all the kids the whole time and not watching. She's a huge liability to your business. I am a small business owner and the way she talks, acts and behaves with kids is 100% unacceptable. She has no positive attitude with kids or parents did not smile one time thank anyone or talk to anyone. She also was not cleaning at all. I got a month membership for my 25 month old. The play place was underwhelming, but I'm happy my toddler enjoyed it enough to stay busy for several hours. However, after two weeks she kept wanting to leave after 35 minutes. The jungle gym was nice and all, but was simply not enough. I was hoping the owners would add more to the other empty side of the venue, but it stayed empty. During one Saturday the venue was busy, only ONE employee was working, the line was going out the door, and three kids threw up (on different areas of the floor, not on the jungle gym thankfully) at different times within an hour. Many parents, including myself, were trying to block the kids from the soiled areas. I felt so bad for the girl working yet she remained calm and kind. Owners, this is not okay. Please schedule more support for your workers or give them a raise, because the amount of work and cleaning they do while tending to many people at a time is insane. Other pros: good prices, in/out privileges, and the area was nicely baby proofed (when they finally decided to baby lock the exit door). Small little indoor play area. Best for 2 to 5 years old. $12 on weekdays. $14 for weekend. In and out privileges for the day. Socks are required and does not need to be their specific kind or ones with grip. All that pass the gate must remove shoes to keep things clean and tidy. My niece is five years old and she was done playing here in less than an hour, but that could have been because the slide was out of order. She might have been an hour in a half if it was working. She did like the balloon room the most and spent most of their time in there. They have little slow moving merry go rounds, lego like bricks, water bed, see saw, drawing projection and climbing structures as other options. read more

The inflatable play equipment has been replaced by a big play area, which is still nice.y toddler enjoyed himself and playing with others. I saw parents playing with their kids in the play structure, which was a bonus. They offer slippers to use if you need the restroom, and the place was decently clean and didn't reek of cleaning supplies. My only recommendation, would be to add other things to play with outside of the play structure. It seemed to get crowded as the afternoon came about. I had my daughter's first birthday here and it was a great experience. The staffs are very friendly and easy to work with. The Manager is very helpful and answered all my questions. All the kids had so much fun. I came back the other day after they reopened after remodeling. My daughter had so much fun on their new slides. Never again for the way my wife was treated by a staff member today. On June 11th, 2024, around noon, my wife takes my son into Wiggleworks for a little fun after work. Upon entering, there is no one to be found and multiple customers waiting. This went on for 10 minutes. Someone, a female employee, eventually walks out of the "Snack Room" and finally helps check people in. After some play time, my wife takes my son to the "Snack Room" to eat a snack as there is no food or drink allowed in the play area. Upon entering, we see the female employee again, enjoying herself in the room with someone else who did not appear to be an employee. Upon entering, she says to my wife, verbatim, "Go other room". Nothing else. There are multiple issues with this comment and is why this place is getting a single star. 1. Snack Room seems to indicate that "snacks" are to be enjoyed in this room. The other room in this case is the "Party Room". Where is this "break room" and why aren't you using it instead of kicking out paying customers. Are you perpetually on break? Where does the line between work and break start and end? Seems like your employer might be interested in knowing. I'd be curious what they have to say about it. 2. Most importantly, my wife, who is Korean, took offense to the way "Go other room" was said. Not only was your directive un-empathetic, the way in which you decided that "Go to the other room (please?)" had too many words, is how you speak to someone who you think doesn't understand full sentences based on their appearance or how they speak. She doesn't need your help, your condescending tone, nor your patronization and disrespect. Why don't you go to the other room and say nothing since you don't have anything nice to say? The behavior by this employee is completely unacceptable and should be addressed by management. We have been a regular customer for about couple of years now but based on this experience, we no longer feel comfortable bringing our child to Wiggleworks nor spending our money here any longer. read more

My kids love this place and I'm so glad they changed the setup from the previous design. Endless fun and just overall clean. Would be 5 stars but one major safety concern is the very sharp metal edges near the glass facing outwards. I noticed the very sharp edges not childproofed and it's an accident waiting to happen. This was previously Hop n Play. Since the reopening and rebranding I've been able to take my youngest for a play day and we had a good time. Overall still seems clean. Unfortunately when we went the big slide was closed but my son enjoyed playing with the blocks and we all had fun in the balloon room. I like that it's all day play and although it would be nice if my daughter could play with him, I do like that it's strictly for a smaller crowd. This place is really small which is nice to keep your eyes on your kiddos. The party room is expensive for the amenities, size, and the fact that they only allow 15 minutes prior to set up. The party room isn't very clean so prepare to bring sanitary wipes to wipe things down. The party room is basically standing room only. Not sure how they can host more than 12 kids with two parents per kid; everyone is stacked on top of each other, standing. The play area is not very clean. If you just want an area for you kids to run around while shopping in the mall, this will do, otherwise, rent a party elsewhere. read more

My friend and I found a Groupon for WiggleWorks, we live in Concord but wanted a change of scenery for our toddlers, especially with the weather being too hot to play outside. We took ourselves over the bridge to the Solano Mall in Fairfield to check out WiggleWorks (which is a beautiful drive). We went about 1 month ago and loved it so much we made our way back again! It's best to park in the lot nearest to Dave and Buster's, and enter in through the Solano Mall entrance. You can take the escalator up to the 2nd floor and it's conveniently located right by the escalator. If you are using a stroller for your kiddo, you can take a left and find an elevator to the second floor near Dave and Buster's, or there's an elevator inside the JCPenney's (to the right). If you do plan to come here, adults and children are required to take their shoes off and must wear socks. I usually opt for grip socks for my toddler to prevent any slipping (but that's just me). We love WiggleWorks for several different reasons: 1. Made for Toddlers/Small Children - WiggleWorks is an indoor playground designed for children 48" and under (anyone over this height technically isn't supposed to play but they don't have to pay to enter the facility). This is nice if you're looking for a place with less chance your little will be rushed by or pushed by bigger kids, and allows your small child to explore safely. 2. Well-maintained - there was one employee overseeing the area, and I noticed he would periodically wipe down equipment. I also noticed if someone was not playing on the equipment according to the rules, the employee would remind them. 2. It feels safe - you have to register your child and they are given a wristband with your phone number on it. There's enter/exit gates into the play structure as well and an employee at the entrance. All the equipment is padded or inflatable which gives peace of mind. 3. Seating area for adults - It's close to the gated entrance and you can see where your child is playing, so you can chill and have a conversation and coffee with a friend. After 45 minutes of play, our little ones were worn out. WiggleWorks is located right next to the food court, with plenty of quick options for play, lunch, and shopping! read more

Two if the play areas, the slide and the jumping sections, are closed. And there's no saying about it before you pay. My grandson was really disappointed. That's why it's been broken for a really long time and the jumping area just closed but based on this line having been closed for a long time, I doubt either will be fixed anytime soon. I wanted to write a note to the manager or the owner, but the worker was very uncooperative about that stating that it wouldn't matter because they are short staffed. Don't know what being shortstaffed has to do with hiring a handyman to fix items in there. At the very least, a 40% discount should be given for the two broken items as they are two of the main items and especially good for the children over four. Oh, for the price and the amount of activities available, "Jumpity Bumpity,"which is also in this town of Fairfield, California, would be a much better deal. read more
