I took my 4 month old Maltipoo in for grooming and she was shaking like a leaf upon getting there . Within minutes she met Cindy and was in her arms very comfortably. My puppy Lola tinkled a little on the floor but Cindy made lite of it which made me realize she had great compassion and a chill vibe. When I picked up Lola she smelled amazing and was super happy. I believe her prices to be extremely fair ranging between $35-$50 depending on the age . The place in general had a good vibe and the location was very easy to find. They were very accommodating because I had to book before I dropped off my dog to my mother so I wanted to make sure that he was groomed and they took me in within 72 hours. I drop my dog off at 10 o'clock which was our appointment and was hoping that he would be done by noon. it did take a bit but it was also a Saturday and I truly understand during these times . they were fully booked and packed and I understand why once I picked up my dog. he was so beautiful and nicely trimmed and they understood what I wanted because he is a shepherd and I didn't want to cut too much but just enough for the summer heat . Very reasonable price, super kind and accommodating . read more

This (woman-run!) business is small and intimate, with truly exceptional customer service. The employees are so courteous and clearly love animals. I'm able to get an appointment within a day or two, and I get a phone call about 15 minutes before my dog is ready to go home, so the pick-up is always seamless. This place is great! The staff is very warm and welcoming and helped my nervous dog feel comfortable. They were able to fit me in the same day, and were very accommodating to my requests. She gave my dog a perfect teddy bear style haircut, and the prices were very reasonable. My older dog received a lovely haircut and was very happy when I picked her up. I can tell she wasn't stressed at all at the groomer. The cost is extremely reasonable, and the grooming was done very well. I'm happy to have found such a convenient location. There are parking spots on the sides of the building, and there is street parking on the side streets. They accept credit cards. read more

the people are nice but I wasn't that satisfied and feel like I got 1/2 of what I paid for. my dog's mouth hair was left untouched and it was explained to me that he was biting but I feel like since they're professionals, it's their job. it's important to mention tho that their prices are fair so there's that but personally, I wasn't super happy :/ read more

He was terrified as we walked in but the staff was so friendly and comforted him immediately. They're professional, the place is clean, and the services are very reasonably priced. I had my cat groomed here and was completely disappointed with there unprofessional service. I dropped my cat off with no poblem but when I picked him up I was completely appalled. Cindy the owner and her employees actually smoke cigerattes inside the grooming shop. I took my cat home who reeked of cigeratte smoke, had pooped dripping down his back legs, clipped too short around his anus (was bleeding), and also was bleeding from his nail because they cut it too short. I got home, called cindy and told her I was stopping payment. She actually hung up on me; how unprofessional. I tried her back several times after and left several messages. Cindy never returned my phonecalls. If you want your loved pets to smell like cigarette smoke instead of roses, then take them to the furs flyin. read more
