I thought I would just get it done. I re arranged my day, dropped what I was doing and went to meet him. I arrived a little over 1/2 hour later and let him know. This guy didn't show up until almost 2! No call, no apology. When he did get there he was rushed and rude and lazy. HE was rushed after wasting my day! He actually kind of just threw the mattress on the frame with attitude! Unbelievable. In the end, while I appreciated the knowledge and being able to physically feel the bed, I would have been better off leaving the showroom and ordering online from Amazon. The store was very clean and organized. We were welcomed by Mark and TJ. Mark informed us of the Black Friday Specials, even offered to give us a full demo which we gladly accepted. He had us lay down on 3 different mattresses, illustrating the different firmness, then Mark showed us all the bells and whistles of the bed base. We were amazed! At the end of the demo, we asked for quotes on a Twin XL which Mark provided reflecting the Black Friday discounts. We ask Mark if there was special financing, and they did at 60 Month 0% financing for Black Friday. My son applied and was pre-approved. There was something about Mark that we were so drawn to him, he was such a positive person, very knowledgeable, he answered all the questions we had, and most importantly, not once were we ever pressured to buy. I truly felt he was placing himself in the our shoes, having an understanding from a customer 's perspective. After giving us the quotes, we told Mark that we would think about it and get back to him. We did end up buying 4 Breeze pillows and a neck pillow after Mark fully explained the difference of each one. I was blown away with the level of exceptional customer service by the staff of this store which truly exceeded my expectations. I did online research and found that the Back Saver company is gone and so LifeForm seems to be the only game in town now. I did a lot of research with the rep from LifeForm via email and phone calls but ultimately, you gotta sit in the chair to know for sure. So I went to the Relax The Back store. Kevin helped me with the purchase and he was able to show me the chairs and knew the product pretty well. There was another guy there who knew the things Kevin did not. There were multiple floor models and so I was able to really nail down the chair I wanted. That's important because LifeForm has A LOT of options. The store was clean and fresh and they had what I needed to make my decision. I only gave 4 stars because the store visit was not perfect. There were several broken chairs on the floor. They looked fine but their mechanisms had problems. Also, Kevin dropped the F-bomb on the phone, which is highly unprofessional. Otherwise, working with Relax The Back was as expected. The features suck. Our foot warmer stopped working. When a power outage happens, you don't have control of your sleep number or position. My spouse and can't snuggle because of the split in the middle. Finding sheets is impossible. My app doesn't sync and doesn't set to my profile, so I can control my spouse's wife from my phone but not mine. 4. Regular beds are so much more comfortable. I am a believer in good sleep as an overall health benefit, and I fell for the Sleep number trap. But yourself a comfortable bed that is not an air mattress. Most weeks, I sleep in our guest bed because my sleep is sod bed in our sleep number bed.

I eventually settled for a horizontal bed as my ceiling was not tall enough for a vertical one. It took around 2 months to schedule installation. They came over and installed it on time as promised. After a few weeks, the bed started squeaking, which was very annoying at night. They came over and took a look. They immediately noticed the issue was related to the cardboard under the mattress. They replaced it with a plywood and the issue was gone. I'm still not too sure why they didn't install the bed with plywood from the beginning to save us a few squeaky night sand themselves two trips to my house to solve the issue.
