First and foremost, I am neither sponsored nor affiliated with either shop being mentioned. However, here's my honest and brutal review. The Gallery - Fife used to be a better shop, but prices have increased and selection has decreased. There are no decent high end flower or concentrates with General Use stickers anymore for med patients, and seems to have been the case a few months with no signs the store is planning any changes. It's all mid and bottom shelf at this point unless you want to pay premiums for barely top shelf flower and oil. Very often low on stock in full oz's, often causing buyers to buy multiple higher priced smaller amounts. And their menus across all of their stores are never fully up to date; many of the items they have in stock aren't listed for reservation through online orders. Commencement Bay Yellow, across the street, has way better, fresher, and more potent products. And even though CBY isn't medical, they aren't that much more for far better products. Plus everything they have in stock is on their website, without the weird excuses The Gallery likes to advise their customers. Don't care what you put in your body? go to The Gallery - Fife... I have always enjoyed stopping at The Gallery in Fife; everyone is so friendly..... I would have given zero stars but I can't post without atheist one. Until today, I wear a shield, not a mask for my breathing issues. I walked in, and this Dick manager, I am guessing. He came over to security and informed him that a shield was okay, but I also had to wear a mask. Then, he looked at me, meaning to say you heard what I said but not to you but comply. I went and got my mask, which I do have for doctor appointments when needed, returned inside, and stated that obviously he does not wear glasses. The gal behind the counter cut me off and told me he does wear glasses. Immediately, he left his customer and came to tell me to leave. I informed him 2 times that was an asshole thing to do; first, the way he talked at me not to me and 2nd immediately ejected me from the business. No customer service skills at all. Then, I found out that these same people had a problem when a friend walked in wearing their backpack from work. I guess he should have had a car and not been riding the bus. I will gladly not return to this Gallery for cannibas and related items. It is nice to know that Karen's are called out for feeling privileged. But Dick's for managers and employees have been getting away with crap. read more

Dunno what these other patrons are referring to with their terribly written, grammatically incorrect reviews posted here. Side note, if you want to be taken seriously, when writing something, spell words correctly and use punctuation. I've been going to The Gallery Fife location for the better part of two years now. They've had very little turnover in that time period. Same great service I've received since day one. Yes, sometimes the online order isn't correct or it's missing items/substituted items are not sometimes what you wanted but, at least they are trying to get your whole order? Also, take a look in the bag before you leave? With regards to being asked to leave because you didn't comply with their store rules, that's on you Ms Dontwanttowearamask but want to wear a "shield". Lol, when did the CDC say a shield is a good substitute for a mask? You do know how air works right? It goes around solid objects.....my god people. The loyalty program here is absurdly good also, I spend a lot of $ every week ($250+) on MJ and I always come out of The Gallery feeling like I ripped them off. That's a great feeling to have. Excellent service, excellent customer service (I left my license here and they fricken called me!) Unsure what Gallery location these 1 star reviewers have been to, but it must not have been the Fife location. Last response to Danni K about buying a bong. I'm sure there is a sign that says "please don't pick up the glass ask for assistance" so not only can you not follow instructions, but you also acted like someone who doesn't know how to conduct themselves in a business. Also, going from looking at $200-$300 dollar bongs to walking out of different story with a $50 piece is pretty much acknowledging that you didn't have enough money to be touching their $200-$300 pieces. read more

I came here for a couple of product expecting it to be good but I was sadly disappointed to say the least. The seal on the jar had been broken and the product had been switched with a chea strain. It was obvious as this is what I usually get and it was nothing like it. It seemed awfully dry and crumbly. They were out of the edible that I ordered and substituted it for a lower quality. I made an online order to save time. Customer service was lacking. I think that I will continue to order from my current dispensary. Their prices are much less expensive, product is fresh and customer service is outstanding! read more

The workers' attitudes are trash here. Went to go buy a bong and got yelled at for picking one up and examining it saying they are too expensive for me. Why didn't the worker offer to help me rather than yelling at me? Why did he assume that I can't afford it? And how do you expect me to put down $200-300 for a simple pipe when I can't even touch it and examine it? Why are these pipes so expensive anyway? This store is trying to be cool but they aren't. Don't waste time here. I left the store and went to Commencement right across street. I bought a better looking bong for $50. read more

Place is ok if you're desperate to pick up. Website is never up to date with what they have in stock and have no description on any products. The handful of times I've been, whoever is in charge of distributing has NOT notified me when something in my order is out. Although not having to pay for it, I've left with items missing from my order and EXPIRED cartridges. Seems like the staff doesn't care enough to check. Big waste of my time to have to drive back and forth to get what I originally ordered. read more
