So this is a great location with a great facility. Super clean, well lite, nice range, pretty well stocked inventory....a bar and restaurant. So all in all a great space so why 3 stars? Welp when I come in talk to the guy at the front desk ( mind you I am not carrying anything) and the guy has one hand on his sidearm ready to engage....I would say that is not the friendliest of welcomes. I mean I was pretty freaked out...sure if i had an open case or had a piece in my hand...but WTF?? This venue outdid itself yet again. Last night, they hosted ladies night for shooting then a fun Christmas cookie decorating session. I invited my girlfriends and several other friends to attend with me. As usual, the shooting was safe and well monitored. The female ranger safety officer is wonderful (cute too). The highlight was dinner and cookie decorating. We laughed, made funny cookies and laughed some more. We had a few drinks and just enjoyed one another's company. Visited as a walk in on a Sunday. Rented one lane to share with another person. There was only 1 other shooter so 8 empty lanes. Was charged full price for 2 shooters. Would have rented two lanes if I knew there was no discount for sharing a lane. When asked cashier (Mark M) why I was not given two lanes he responded "you didn't ask". Did not offer discount for sharing a lane. Was rude and showed no interest in helping a customer have a good experience. In addition, advertised walk-in rates are $27 per shooter + $20 for additional shooter. I was charged $29 for both. WTF? Also the restaurant and bar was closed due to broken equipment. You have to give your email to register and you will not be able to unsubscribe from their mailing list. If you try you will end up at a broken link. This business will not be around for long. They will nickel and dime you and only concerned about bottom line over repeat business. Emailed management to give them an opportunity to respond, never received a reply. Go to BluCore, Bristlecone or the Shootist nearby for a much better experience and lower rates. read more

I brought in 2 coupons for signing up for their email & text club. But wasn't told I couldn't use them both until after we were done & checking out to pay. It ended up being $75 for an hour for 2 people. The restaurant / bar wasn't even open when we went. Now that I think about it too, dude said he gave us the better of the two coupons. However, he knew my hubby brought his own gun. So instead of letting me rent guns & using the free gun rental coupon, he could've let us use the free hour of shooting instead. Upgrading from 1 star to 3 star as management has finally responded to my complaint, but only after a negative review was submitted 3 days later. Note that they have raised their rates already (5 months after opening) so the online advertised price is not accurate, there is no lane-sharing discount and their restaurant/bar appears to be closed more than it's open. Facilities are nice, they allow rapid-fire and even full-auto. 20 lanes so likely not a long wait during busy times. For the price you may want to consider other nearby options. read more

Pricey for a range but if you're land-locked, it is what it is. Nothing beats an outdoor range. I will say, this is a nice place with full picture windows from the longe. The people monitoring the shooting range were very much over my shoulder and in my business to the point where I nearly elbowed the guy in the face because he got too close to me, and crossed the red line while I was shooting my pistol.. that is a no no.. He crossed the line to tell me to keep my finger off my trigger, literally immediately after I finished firing at my target (emptying the mag completely). wow, this is one of the most beautiful shooting ranges I've ever been to. It's also the most incompetently run I've ever seen. Absolutely every aspect of this business is poorly run and I will never go back again. There are too many good options close by, Bristlecone being the most notable and definitely one of the nicest in Denver. It would be one thing to say that this place was poorly run after dealing with mere employees, but I was dealing with ownership and they failed miserably. check in was a hassle because their software sucks, the owner assured me he would hold 3 lanes while we waited for people to leave. So, we went to the bar area to wait. When we came back, they had given away most of the lanes and we're going to have to try to juggle things around to accommodate us, even though I had checked in three times prior to make sure this would not be the case. Two of our party had one drink and we were informed AFTER the fact that you are not allowed to shoot after having any alcohol. This is understandable, but it would've been nice Had someone pointed it out to us prior. I don't know, maybe the waitress could say something like "will you be shooting today?" Although that was probably way too much to expect out of her since we were the ONLY table in the entire bar/restaurant and yet it took 45 minutes to get out some chicken wings, and french fries. This is a brand new shooting range. The lanes are very well lit and clean. The target movement system for each lane is high tech with a lot of drills and games for you to choose. The food at the Barrel Room is phenomenal! The coffee shop appeared to be closed when I was there, so I didn't get to try it. They have limited retails and the number of guns for rent. Decent spot lot to offer, but honestly watch your receipt...I was charged for an Eyes and Ears rental when using a pair of glasses Not ear Pro. Then charged for 2 targets which I only requested an additional extra target. This happened before, when I was pushed into there back section for women's shooting and then charged for 3 lanes. Had a fantastic experience here, my second time going. The staff at the range were great, we are fairly novice and they helped select appropriate rentals/calibers and gave us a quick lesson on safe handling/operation. The range itself felt safe and very clean. Excellent technology to place the target at the desired distance and a camera so my friend can see me hitting the bullseye every time. The owner David came to chat with us and is a nice guy. We had a few questions about loading the magazines, etc and staff were helpful without being judgmental. We had a group of 6 and wanted to visit an indoor range. Celeste was so helpful in getting us set up for the range. We had so much fun shooting, and the range instructors were helpful and not overbearing. We really enjoyed having Glen helps some of the newer shooters in the group. After shooting numerous guns, we were able to store our firearms in lockers (instead of taking them to our cars, which can be unsafe), and proceed to the Barrel Room for dinner and drinks. This place is amazing. Kind staff, clean facility and great food! My shout out today however is for the Range leader/master Dan. He was VERY knowledgeable and helpful. I have owned a gun for awhile and have a conceal carry permit however purchased a new gun that I was a tiny bit nervous about. I did my part and studied my gun, know gun safety but it's a bigger pistol than I've shot before. He talked me through a better grip than I had, stance than I stood, and reminded me to breathe. He was amazing. He made me feel comfortable and went above and beyond what he had to for any guest that came in for a day of play. My husband and I will come back for sure! Way better than most ranges because it's much bigger, has good air ventilation, and it has a big selection to choose from. Everyone who helped us was knowledgeable and friendly. We have become regulars here, at the restaurant/bar atleast! They have a great menu and the food is so good. The owners are also so friendly. I love the comfort of eating on the couches! They also play sports on the big tv screens, its 4 huge screens put together to make one huge screen so the lines kind of bother me a bit but you get used to it quick.
