There was an event taking place, with many patrons playing a card-based strategy game toward the back. Good crowd and everyone seemed to be having fun. Retro game selection was impressive. Plenty to look through if that was your goal. However, we were hoping to pick up some newer games and simultaneously support a small, local, business. Selection of newer stuff was nominal, which was disheartening. Staff said hello, but never approached, never offered to help or strike up conversation. Prices were a bit higher than anticipated. However, I'd willingly pay it to support a local, non-chain, store. However, there wasn't much for me here when I visited.

They also have an awesome toy selection, with collectables and video games, dolls, and more! Omar and his family are SO friendly and always go above and beyond providing AMAZING service. They always deliver our balloons on time and even put those intimidating huge multi-part balloons together with no sweat! MNM has even helped us out during a crisis. My daughter was expecting Elsa for her daycare party and the character cancelled 2 HOURS before the party. We were going to be mobbed by a group of 20 very disappointed 4 yr old kids who were expecting Elsa, not to mention our daughter's disappointment! We had a balloon delivery from MNM that day and mentioned it to Omar. MNM rescued the day and provided their personally owned official Olaf costume for my husband to wear! We couldn't believe their kindness in that moment. They are genuinely nice people who really enjoy being a service to the community and are a wonderful example of what local business strive to be. I am so grateful to have MNM party store in our community! I recommend them hands down as the best service you'll ever get for any party needs and great toy selections. A++++++++

The event wasn't for another two hours, and I was clearly just checking out the store for the first time. Zero customer service, zero friendliness, and absolutely no reason to ever spend money here -- good luck to them.

True tabletop games, not ones that you can find at a big box store. Not monopoly and scrabble. Not even settlers of catan. Looking for something like Wingspan. Everdell. Ark Nova. Some tabletop game hobby shops have a nice wall of games like these. This place has a shelf. A single shelf. Games are facing forward so you can fit fewer games. Maybe 10 games. There are several reasons why I would recommend another store like Zapp Comics or anywhere really. Several times I've been in the store and one or the owners berates and talks down to her employees in front of customers. It's really unpleasant to watch and is the main reason I don't shop there more often. The employees work very hard and the store is lucky to have them. They deserve more than being spoken to in a demeaning way. My advice to the managers try saying thank you more. The store has a lot of strange rules. The clerks have to put the comics in bags for you. The cashier and the clerk physically put hands in the books during checkout. Zapp comics lets you grab your bags and boards, treat your comics well, and pay for them at the end. It's a great system. There is an incentive reward program. Ok that's great. You get joker bucks when a certain amount is spent. When you check out and use them, you get an earful on how you should trade in smaller denominations of joker bucks to make it easier for the store. Not fun. The store is also dimly lit and has a depressing overall atmosphere.

Average was about 2-3 tokens ($1 per token- no bonus and no trade options). The good news is that if you can't seem to win anything, you can buy an alternative cute Sanrio stuffed animal from the back of the store. The store itself has a nice selection of Sanrio themed items from make up to stationary. The price are decent. Some items have English labels but everything else are in Japanese so have a friend of Google translate ready.
