Lane 11 was broken. Other patrons alerted us that they were just moved because it was broken. I returned to the counter to let them know. Only to be met by "Ain't nothing wrong with it, you ain't even try it". We go back and attempted to use it and of course it's broken. I return to let her know and met with eye rolls and heavy breathing. I'm thinking to myself, is she okay? Why is she mad that I actually want a working lane? We get reassigned a lane. Mind you we're already about 10 minutes into our time. We begin to bowl and this lane is messing up. I let another employee know. She wouldn't let me finish a sentence. She does something on a device and says "you're good now". I return to let her know and she keeps cutting me off. I ask for the manager. I get being busy but rude and not listening to the customer is never acceptable. He comes over, he's polite. I request a refund and he instantly obliges. He looks nothing like me but treated me with the utmost respect unlike the other two. We leave and drive about 25 minutes away to Fun Bowl in Fayetteville and have the time of our life! There was no entry fee, offered both options to pay by the hour or per game. The lane worked perfectly. The employees smiled and were polite. I'm never going back to Pin Strikes and it's literally 3 minutes from my home. This isn't my first negative experience there but it will be my last. Every time there is a ratchet disaster waiting to happen.
