I was invited here for my baby cousin's birthday party. So for starters parking was easy. When I entered the first thing I saw is the arcade area and that instantly took me back to when I was a kid . Since I was with a birthday party I didn't have to pay for games or shoes. However I did have to pay for food and unfortunately I felt like everything on the menu was overpriced so I decided I would just wait and I didn't purchase food. We also had issues with one of our lanes. For some reason it kept getting stuck and wouldn't reset the pins or wouldn't send our balls back. I did enjoy the music and lights! This place was slow on a Tuesday night. They only take cards when paying and there wasn't a long wait between the time you ordered and when you got your food if they have all the items to prepare what you ordered. My brother got called back three times to be told they didn't have one topping or another for his nachos. I don't remember what he ended up with. Came here for a staff bonding event. There were plenty of lanes and space to play. Ample parking in a private lot. There is a bar and food is served. I saw some nachos, chicken tenders and hot dogs being eaten, but I did not eat anything. Some of the staff was courteous and pleasant while some were not as warm. There were not many staff on hand for the bowling alley even though the place was booked for a large amount of patrons. This caused long lines and wait times but im sure they were doing the best they could to handle the large volume. There is also a small arcade right when you walk in the door. This pinstripes location has so much potential however, it is in need of either a management chain or more security, and a staff that cares. I've been here multiple times. My last two visits really inspired me to leave a review. I went recently after Thanksgiving during the week of the holiday, and naturally it was busy, because of course, people were there with their families we had a lane reserved. So the experience then was a little bit more put together. The lines for food and the bar was ridiculous. They need two bartenders on the bowling side because the lines get so backed up. I went last week the first week of December, so it wasn't as busy. There was a two hour wait on bowling. Because we live 10 minutes away the host, let us know that she would give us a call instead of having to wait at the bowling alley for two hours so our wait was at home so It wasn't terrible . They ended up calling us in only an hour. The lane we were at was surrounded by kids. On a Saturday night after 9 o'clock they really need to make the bowling alley and the bar 21 and up because the amount of kids that are in there Unsupervised is ridiculous. Or at least make sure that all parties with small kids are out of bowling area. We literally could not bowl because the party next to us had five small kids that were running in between four lanes. I had to physically remove their child ( she coukdnt have been more than 3... so where was her mom ) from the ball pit so one of the balls coming out of the machine did not reject and hit her in the face. Kids were everywhere. I don't mind kids. I work with kids, but unchaperoned kids, especially in the toddler to elementary school age should not be left with irresponsible adults and adults should be removed from the bowling alley, because no one else was able to enjoy their selves in the 2 lanes to the left and right of them. I did ask a staff member I saw for someone in management so that we could possibly get more time on our bowling because with the kids running everywhere that wasn't even with our party it was almost impossible to bowl. Management never came. I asked someone else still cannot find anyone to help. It was a waste of money . Save this thing to do is come in the week during the school year where there's probably less kids but on the weekends, I would not recommend it unless you come really early or really late. Upside is the drinks are pretty good they have music playing in the background . They do have a bar special. The food menu is a little high in my opinion. I visited Pin Strikes - Stockbridge to celebrate my line sister's birthday. We arrived around 7:30 PM and while there was a nice crowd of people out, there were lanes available. We found out that we'd need to wait until more guests arrived (about 35 minutes later) to reserve the lane, since the time starts once you pay. The location charges $40 after 7 PM on Saturdays and they do it by the hour vs. by the game. Up to 8 people can bowl on one lane so it ended up costing about $5 per person in our group (not including the $5 shoes). The food was good! I was expecting mediocre bowling alley food and it gave me J-Buffalo Wing spot vibes! I ordered the 16 pcs teriyaki lemon pepper wings with fries and mozzarella sticks with one house margarita AND everything was on point! They played a good mix of r&b and trending rap songs and it must have been my lucky night, because I ended up winning the game. It was a fun night. What a GREAT time. We are here with the Single Vision Conference hosted by Hillcrest Baptist, and Pastor John Anderson. We have a private party event and everyone is having a blast. This is our local bowling alley so I can confidently say that the experience depends on what time of day you show up and how busy they are. If there's low volume, it's easy to get everything you need. Today we came in and there were at least 5 private parties happening so we got the very last open lane. And guess what...no one disclosed that it was the broken lane (#23 if you're curious). The machine constantly misread the number of pins, the mechanism that resets between bowls never picked up the front pin so it always got swept away if the bowler didn't hit it, and the bumpers didn't work. A mechanic was called to manually set our bumpers but he was unable to get it to work either so my 3yo barely hit anything. As if the lane was uneven or curved, even using the little plastic guide tool, her balls constantly curved off path and ended up in the gutter. Anyhoo, it wasn't a great day for the alley but it's still a nice facility and the staff were working hard and responsive. read more

David Fieldings the operation manager has extremely poor customer service skills. This place is desperate obviously. The way he treats customers is like he is high on drugs. He screamed and yelled at us like we were trash. My kids had been bowling for a hour so we left because my 9 year old was very disappointed in David's actions. We bowl there every week. Great food & music! However we will not be returning to Pin Strikes and influence no one to go here. Very busy on a Sunday evening. 1-2 hour wait. Left my number and was told they would call when a lane was ready. We missed the call (it was very loud with the music playing) but saw it almost immediately. Went to the counter and were told to get back in line. We go into the enclosed bar area, sat for almost 15 mins and no one came to take our order. We eventually got up to ask for a server. We were directed to an 8X11 paper sign directing us to go outside of the enclosed bar area to order. We also had to go back out to pick up the order. My son and I had a great time bowling. When we went in they checked our temperature and gave us hand sanitizer. We did have to wait about 30 minutes for a lane but otherwise it wasn't too bad. Plus there are a lot of things to do while you wait, such as play video games, virtual reality, laser tag, and bumper cars. We were there during cosmic bowling and it was cool. The staff are extremely professional and accommodating and the food was okay. Typical! We had pizza and Parmesan garlic fries. My only gripe would be paying $48 for two people to bowl one hour. My sorority chapter chose to have our March of Dimes charity bowling event here. Everything rolled very smoothly as it should have. PinStrikes allows you to do fundraisers at a good price which I think is a plus, especially for non-profit orgs. Other bowling alleys in the area just want way too much money. My go to bowling in Stockbridge! The atmosphere is chill and kinda rowdy. My fiends and I had my last birthday here and we had affordable pizzas and drinks and did 4 rounds of bowling. Ventured out here for a birthday party and there wasn't anything super fantastic about this place. You walk in and just kinda figure out how the system works as there is no specific "greeting" area at the front door so you have to walk towards the back of the building to find info desk. Most of the staff that I came in contact during my visit didn't seem that happy to be working there and weren't really that helpful. There's an arcade area, a ridiculous amount of bowling lanes, a small bumper car area (on this particular visit only three of the cars were working), laser tag, and a decent size restaurant and bar area where the grownups can play pool or watch sports to get away from the kiddos if needed. The bowling area seems rather big but if you don't ask for a party room, they just throw two tables right behind the lanes for the kids to sit and eat their food. With all the extra tables and chairs, the space seemed cramped. It was fairly dark in the bowling alley as they do laser bowling during the day and there was all sorts of music playing so it seemed to keep people in the partying spirit. I used the Mustard and noticed the expiration date was May 02, 2017 and the date I went was Aug 27, 2018. I was so disgusted. We had our company holiday party here and it was a great place for it. Bowling, bumper cars, and lazer tag as well as video games. The food we had was tacos and nachos but I really didn't get to taste any meat because it ran out by the time I got to the table,but that was fine I had a veggie soft taco. The staff here are very friendly and helpful like when the food was running low for us they tried to bring more as fast as possible.They do serve alcohol in the rear of the building and also plenty of parking around the building.
