I always have so much fun when I take my nieces and nephews here. They love the games and I love that they get to burn off some energy. It's a win ! Now, as far as dining, the servers, they act like they don't want to be there chile. Well, my server was that way yesterday, which was very unfortunate. We were on such a blissful high, just to have an energy drainer be our waitress. So disappointing. The food was alright. My fries were drowned in grease, reheated and sent to my table. The strawberry lemonade was good. The burger with the bacon jam was decent. The bacon jam carried it. Anyway, the games were the best part! The Mexican Candy shot was absolutely terrible. Thankfully, the manager came over and took it off the tab (after the server that made it ignored us for 30 min after we told her it wasn't good). The Jameson Long Island Tea tastes and smells like straight grapefruit juice (even tho they said they don't have grapefruit juice). Do NOT recommend the mixed drinks here. Food is great and beer is cold!! 5 stars on that front! But the customer service and drink tastes are...just gross. Oh yeah! We're still waiting for our ticket even though we've asked for it 3 times. Well....twas a Saturday day afternoon and the place wasn't too packed. We didn't have to wait long at all to sit. But when we sat down was when we had to wait about 20 minutes for a server to approach us. Per usual ambiance is the sports bar and food. I got the bbq flat bread now that's more a deep dish pizza wasn't flat at all but it was good just the toppings all fell off as you picked it up to eat. I ordered the Cajun pasta and it wasn't what I pictured it was more so Alfredo with peppers. I got my son the strip plate and nothing amazing 3 chicken strips and fries for $12 it was zaxbys size portion but more pricier. Several containers arrived with soggy french fries and inedible items. I asked our server, Autumn, to remake the fries; she agreed and called a manager. The manager refused to reheat or remake anything, told me to "reheat it at home," then took the food I left behind back into the kitchen while I waited. I left the restaurant without eating a bite. I asked for a full refund (I did not sign the receipt) and was flatly denied -- store credit was offered and refused. This is unacceptable. The food was unfit to eat, the manager showed zero accountability, and customer service was appallingly bad. I will be sharing this experience across review sites and social media so others know not to waste their time or money. Visited this location today and was not disappointed. Apart from the usual arcade games and entertainment, the staff is very professional and friendly, and the facility quite clean, even the restrooms. Grabbed a bite to eat as well and our server Kymon was gracious with excellent customer service and a great personality. He was very observant and attentive to our needs before we even asked. This location is super huge. There were plenty of booth seating and my large party and other large parties were well accommodated. The only issue I experience was, we were seated right next to another large party. We could tell there was a mix up with the food. There were 3 cheeseburger meal and fries at my table. Maybe 10 minutes after ordering, 1 of the cheeseburger meal came out but the large party across from us was being served their food at that time so I could tell that meal was meant for their table as no other food for my table had came out. Then, everybody at my table received their food but my wings came out maybe 15 minutes later. All in all, things happened, it was a Friday night. The kids went to play while I waited for my food. I want to take a moment to shout out every member of this establishment, but especially Brain, Dean, Kim, and any other managers or bar staff I've come across in my time as a contracted worker assisting in making sure their draft beer lines were clean. I've loved Dave and Buster's for a long time, but when I started this new job in August and saw they would be on my route, I was thrilled. I would load a few chips on my card every now and then and play once I fulfilled my work duties, but nothing more than that. However, when I turned 25 this past week, I decided to celebrate with some of my favorite places on my route, and this was stop #1. I went in and made sure to take care of the bar staff, and Brian, the manager on duty, took care of me in return! I had a blast and even before any of this took place, I had nothing but nice things to say about them. However, their customer service went above and beyond when I became a customer, so I feel the need to share that here for the world to see. If you are in the Henry County area and want a place to have fun for an hour or two, you'd be unwise to not have this #1 on your list. I just wanna start off by saying the food service was wack. I was constantly having to look for my waitress and literally ask her for my refill... we also had to ask for napkins and silverware, which are things that I think should be a given. As for the quality of the food, my avocado burger was good, very light. On the other hand the Hawaiian crispy chicken burger was bomb!! I should've ordered that. It had a very nice flavor. The kids nuggets were good as well. Games wise, they had a good variety of different games. My daughter had a lot of fun and we got a lot of prizes at the end. Service was pretty good and food taste good but when you charge customers $10.95 for 4 small chicken strips and then take a large chicken breast and cut it in half for the chicken parmigiana plate while telling the customer that they will get two pieces of chicken there's a real problem. Prices too high for such small portions. And then not enough entree options. Had a hard time finding something to eat. Most of the limited edition summer drinks were sold out. At this, like most Dave & Buster locations, you can play hundreds of the arcade games and win tickets for various prizes. When we visited, we ate at the restaurant and played in the gaming area. The food was good, but the service was very slow. I went midweek and there were not a lot of people there. The restaurant area is made like a sports bar and has several large HDTVs playing various sports channels. The atmosphere was good, the staff was friendly, but service in the restaurant and at the ticket redemption counter was very slow. read more

So now as I approach 30 in 9 days [march 18] I come to Dave and busters now mostly for the bar area. I came here with my mom and a friend. As the food was good like always. When the cashier finally showed, we paid and decided to eat before playing games. I've been a Dave & Buster's fan, since the first time I visited one in Southern California. I'd been planning to checkout this one in McDonough, Ga, for a while and when I did there was the nostalgia but unfortunately the servers at the bar made my experience a lot less enjoyable. There were 2 bartenders tending an oversized bar with football on the big screens while they also served customers at the surrounding tables. When I flagged down the bartender to make a request, or should I say order, she seemed annoyed, poorly trained and lacked the customer service focused attitude that I've experienced at other Dave & Buster's. I literally had to yell my order to her while she stood 5 feet away. Lets just say the food was far from appetizing and the service left a lot to be desired. While there are still plenty of other things to do and fun games to play and experience, I probably won't be going back for a visit anytime soon. read more

We accidentally put the wrong address in the GPS and ended up at this location. Maybe we just had a good day compared to other reviews but our service was perfect... it was busy but it didn't take long to get seated.. took a bit to get drinks. Our food was good and came out really fast. It was pretty busy but we didn't have to wait too long for any games. I felt like the prizes at this one were way better than the others in the metro area. There were some newer games.. definitely a few that weren't working but all were obviously out of order and we didn't lose any charge points. Losing a couple points because the bathrooms were.. disgusting and I felt like my chicken sandwich was mostly slaw to offset that it was just thin and mostly breading.
