This was a decent game/wing place with great service and decent food. We had the garlic Parmesan wings (pretty darn crispy and tasty!) plus I had the Mushroom Swiss burger. With fries. The burger was cooked medium and was awesome. I think they are 10 ounces. It was massive but I ate it all. My companions had the Asian chicken salad with grilled chicken. The salad is mostly cabbage with some veggies. Tasty but large portion!! We also had the pork tenderloin sandwich. Also an excellent sandwich! My wife and I used to be regulars at The Game. For a while we ate there almost every week. We haven't been since July 2023 and we're not planning to return. The sirloin steak used to be great, but has gone downhill as they started buying cheaper meat and now it tastes... off. Their other food was still pretty good for pub fare, at least as of the time we last ate there. The bartenders were very good. Most of their servers were excellent too, but there was one server that served us often, who really gave us a bad experience almost every time we got stuck with her. Decent place to eat in the casino. No one under 21 allowed. Monday's are 50 cent wing night and they are very similar to Buffalo Wild Wings. The Bacon Club Sandwich my husband ordered was big (worth $15.00?) not really. I ordered the Meatloaf Sandwich & mashed potatoes ($13.) the menu said it was "made in house", but it looked like a re-heated frozen slice, it was flavorful but I wouldn't order it again. Went here with the wife and son before the Kasmir show. Not bad, I would highly recommend the brisket chili, very good!! I also ordered the bacon club, holy cow that's a lot of bacon and flavorful. My wife ordered a burger, just can't remember what is was called but she enjoyed it. My son, ordered the PB & J burger... He loved it!! I was skeptical when he offered me a taste but it wasn't as overwhelming as I thought it might be. I think we'd come back to try other entrees but for sure for that chili!! To clarify: Michigan City is in Indiana, and The Game caters to Chicago fans. Got that? We went there to watch the Bears game and it was on at least half the TVs (of which there must be at least two dozen). Well, the Bears couldn't even score (seriously?), but The Game did. The spicy Bloody Marys come with a bacon stir stick -- awesome. The Bud Light comes in an aluminum can (why not glass? We're not outdoors), and the waitress was attentive. We enjoyed the "hot" wings (which were hot enough), and the accompanying blue cheese dressing was seriously something special. Maybe it was homemade -- not sure what made it finger-licking good, but it was. We shared, and I finished every single chip with the nachos (standard ones, with chorizo). Whatever that cheesy white sauce is, it's delicious. My hubby thought they were kind of skimpy, but I thought we got plenty. Also, they feature two kinds of beans (not too many, but enough to be memorable). Salsa is not at all spicy, but it appeared to be fresh. Also? The parking lot is vast. We settled on valet which was efficient and quick. No need to walk through the casino if you don't want to. read more

Went here with a group of friends Saturday night, was seated promptly. And that's where my compliments end for this place. We sat at a table and were given menus, and after being clearly forgotten about by the wait staff after 15 minutes and not even given our waters or silverware we got up and left. My wife and I visited this sports bar this afternoon. We ordered the pretzel and cheese appetizer to start out with. I ordered the traditional wings with a side salad and my Wife ordered the California chicken sandwich. 15 minutes later we finally got our pretzel and believe it or not the waitress asked us what we ordered. Well 30 minutes later I got my salad and wings, and my Wife got some kind of fried chicken sandwich, not what she ordered. She did not send it back thinking it would have taken another half hour. We waited about 30 mins for our appetizer to come out and after we got it and the waiter took our order we ended up waiting another 20 mins for 2 sandwiches that were made wrong. While the food was very good and the drink specials were decent, I can't get past the service. Our server was scarcely on the restaurant floor. We were teasing about her perhaps having to cook and pour drinks, too!?!? One of the people in our party even wondered, during a period when we needed refills and she was NOWHERE to be found, perhaps she just retired, even at such a young age. No lying, the food here was surprisingly good. We stayed one night at the casino in the middle of the week and this restaurant was the only one open. We ended up eating here for breakfast and dinner and were surprised at how good the food was each time. The burgers were perfect and the French toast at breakfast was excellent and surprisingly we were given real maple syrup, none of that fake stuff, even at a sports bar. Terrible customer service. We showed up and asked if they could put on the Sox game, they did (there were about 5 people in the place). An hour later the Cubs game came on and when I asked if they could switch it back I was told the manager said the Cubs take precedence (now there were about 7 people in the place and no one had asked for the switch). I looked for the manager and he slithered into the kitchen when the waitress told us of his decision. This will be my last time there if this is how they treat their customers. Just came in for drinks and to watch the Sunday night football game. I was shocked that the manager was trying to close the place in the third quarter. It's a sports bar!!!! How can you close when people are watching a game. They allowed us to stay till the end of the game. People tried coming in to order drinks and they told them they're closed. Wouldn't a bar want to make money? I just can't understand the management here and at the restaurant next to it, it's Vegas baby. Was in earlier to enjoy a few beers and it took 20 minutes to get a beer with only a few other people seated at tables inside. Waitress said they had 50 cent wings today so we said we'd be back later for that. Went down from the room to grab carry out of wings (garlic Parmesan) , pretzel app, and apple crumble dessert. I've had better food at a hospital...wings were dry and not even wet and the Parmesan looks like maggots on the bottom of container and barely sticking to the dry wings. I could only eat 2 because I couldn't choke anymore down. The celery tasted soggy and outdated, didn't even try the soggy carrots. The pretzels were gross and I only ate 1 of the 2 because it tasted like a cheap microwaveable one. The apple crumble was ok but only had a few apple slices and a ton of apple sauce. The only thing that was actually good was the ice cream and Carmel sauce because The Game didn't actually make it. Worst ever, We tried to take our daughter out to dinner, she has 4 kids two of which are disabled. Server took our order quick but waited 45 mins for food that should have been made in 20. My husband and I each ordered the loaded potato soup as a starter. It was more like a cheese soup as I barely had any potatoes whatsoever...although tasty. And, as a matter of fact, I got very sick from it. We also both ordered the ribs. The server had told us that they were "mediocre" but hadn't got any complaints so we went ahead and ordered a 1/2 slab each. They came individually cut. I had requested light sauce so mine were okay, but, my hubby's came in a basket of sauce. He said his were not cooked and were red inside. The noise in The Game is deafening. Very nice, fun spot for all the sport lovers out there! The large plasma tv's are awesome, and there doesn't seem to be a bad seat in the place if you really want to catch the game thats on. The meals are very good, and are large portions. I have had the chicken wings, nachos (you can easilty split these with 2!), and the chicken caesar salad which is my favorite so far. I definitely recommend this place if you're at the Blue Chip and you want something other than a buffett, and dont want to pay the prices of William B's! read more

Placed an order and changed my mind within a few seconds and they told me that I could not change my order and I would have to pay for it. I politely asked to speak with a manager and his response was it's not our fault you changed your mind so you have to pay for it.
