The food that did arrive first was cold. Then we waited another **30 minutes** for some of the remaining meals, and **45 minutes** after that for the rest of the food. By the time everyone had something to eat, no one was eating together, and the quality of the food was disappointing across the board. The service was just as bad. We had to repeatedly ask for water refills, and when we were finally ready to leave, we even had to ask for our check because no one came back to our table. When we asked why everything was taking so long, we were told they **didn't have any clean plates** and were waiting for dishes to be washed before they could serve food. To make matters worse, when we expressed how unacceptable the experience was, we were told there was **no manager working that evening**, nothing could be done about the bill, and essentially, "it is what it is." Long waits can happen, but cold food, extremely delayed meals, poor communication, inattentive service, and zero effort to make things right are unacceptable. We left frustrated, disappointed, and feeling like our business didn't matter at all. Unfortunately, I can't recommend Shenanigans to anyone based on this experience, and we certainly won't be returning.

Finally, after a couple more minutes with no sign of our bartender, we left. This place offers mediocre food (on a good day) and a pathetic beer selection. While I am all to happy to patronize a local establishment, even with subpar offerings, I'm not going to pay for such pathetic service. Take your money elsewhere.
