Nonetheless, it's crucial for stores to ensure all customers feel valued. I couldn't pronounce the name correctly and one of the sons said " what did you say?" I replied trying to say the name. he said " you mean ****". I said my bad yes sir. he said" why are you even here you probably don't even know what pokemon are". I was like okay my apologies I asked to get 4 booster bundles for me and my wife to open his response " absolutely not" keep in mind the signs all over the store say 4 pokemon items per customer. ( I have bought multiple bundles from here before). I brought it up " I thought the signs for the limit of 4 is for all items besides the etbs and upcs. he replied with" this is my store and I can limit products how I want. I said" i completely agree" he then said. "I will not sell you four because I do not support what you do with them". I apologized if I offended him and explained I wasn't a scalper/reseller even provided photos and videos of me and my wife opening every product I have bought from them. he still wouldn't sell me the 4 bundles. I asked if the extended warranty covered cord damage and they told me yes. Took the headphones back today six months later, because the cord is damaged and they would not replace them. They told me the employee that told me this is no longer with them for this reason. But would not honor what he had told me because they said it was a he said she said situation. I understand the policy however, I was sold a product and lied to about being able to use it. This probably ruins any more shopping I will do with GameStop.
