There is no other place around with this many Lorcana or Riftbound singles. It's all at market price. Doing trades or buying a large volume? The owner is happy to work with you and make a deal. Which brings me to the most important part, the owner. He is friendly and more importantly he actually is a gamer so he not only understands the collector aspect of TCG but he is committed to the tournament aspect and league night aspects. The store is relatively new so it's still building a reputation but it's hopefully snowballing. This weekend it's hosting a Lorcana cash prize tournament and 40 people have signed up. 40 people showing up to a Lorcana local in 2025 in Chicagoland is almost unheard of.

I was one of three people that got frustrated and eventually walked out. Instead of actually checking, he led me to a section that I already knew was incorrect. I went along with it briefly to give him the benefit of the doubt, but it quickly became clear he wasn't interested in helping. Without making any effort to search or verify, he simply said they didn't have the item. He then brought over another employee who immediately backed him up rather than attempting to locate the item or provide any real assistance. This was a stark contrast to my past experiences at the Orland Park location, where employees were helpful, looked items up on their computers, and were able to locate plenty of what I was searching for. Unfortunately, the lack of effort and professionalism at this location has cost them a long-time customer. I will not be returning.

They were very welcoming as soon as I walked in. As I began to ask questions (unlike the receptions I had received at other places) I was given direct and knowledgeable answers about products, how they verify their products, and straight forward prices for each product I inquired about. I highly recommend this shop for not only their wares, but also for their welcoming and positive attitudes. Everything was clean and fairly organized, though as it is with any store that has tee shirts, it appears their shirts were messed up by customers despite us being the first customers of the day (we literally watched them unlock their doors).
