When the job was finished, they said that if the issue comes back Victor Furniture would fix it under warranty. Well... a few months later, the same wrinkle re-appeared. It took multiple calls to get a response from Amanda, their contact. When I told Amanda they originally fixed it, she said we would have to pay AGAIN. Finally, after explaining we were told it was covered from a repair this year, they agreed it was under warranty, but on the service date no one showed up. They I had to spend multiple calls trying to get someone to come out. When they did, they told me that it would be hundreds of dollars to fix. I'm really disappointed with their service.

They do have some new furniture too, but it's not much. You can find it in their main showroom with their offices. They had the entire place seriously decked out with Christmas displays and charm. I was amazed until I found out this is an interior designer shop. They do custom personalized work for clients catering to all styles. The staff was very nice and knowledgeable about interior design. Ollie's sells many name brand things, from Men's, Women's, and Children's clothes, to accessories, Health and Beauty aids, lawn and garden supplies, art, crafts, pet and school supplies. They have a nice book department, and sell things like Bible covers, Sudoku, crossword puzzles and word searches, as well as books for toddlers to adults. Yes, Ollie's even sells food. Nothing perishable, but you can find anything from Pink Himalayan salt, to candy, and cereal, to your favorite junk food, like pork rinds and cheese balls.
