Always check both online and in-person, the office staff might have a special going that isn't listed. It's not permanent, but it's a sweet little temporary perk. My experience started with a phone call, shout-out to Colton (or Caleb? either way, Customer Service MVP), who explained everything like I was booking a penthouse instead of a storage unit. When I showed up a few days early, there was a tiny hiccup (we'll blame Mercury), but by the end, I was a part of the Tempe Choice family. Access hours are great (6 a.m.-10 p.m.), it's secure, clean, and easy to pull up, unload, and move on with your day. So yeah...
