This review is way over due but well deserve I don't normally like to write reviews but Kim, Josie and her team deserved to hear how thankful and grateful we are that we choose their venue to Celebrated our daughter's Helen Quinceañera one in a life time celebration. There knowledge and understanding of what we needed was amazing they were extremely helpful and accommodating to all of our needs event when I gave them a little bet of a hard time. The day of the event they both went above and beyond to unsure that our celebration will stay on track over seeing every single detail and anticipating all of our needs and our guest. Enjoyed a family members 18th Birthday at this location. Friday Feb 29th 2026 was a special day for all us. As all guest were treated with good music and entertainment. I have no complaints. The staff was friendly and the food being served was pretty good. The water could of tasted better but overall beverages was decent. Ice tea, punch and coffee. The ambiance and decor was eventful. The stage was set up to perfection. Restrooms were clean too. Overall, a good place to host a party here. Not a big venue. 150 people at full capacity. Book your parties here. It was a great experience working with The Garden Room staff to host my son's 6/20/26 wedding reception. My son and his bride worked with them for almost 16 months prior. Gracie their wedding coordinator was very communicative and transparent. The timeline we were given to work within was manageable. We would have preferred a bit more day-of set up time. John the onsite manager was very attentive and always anticipating our needs 2-3-4 moves ahead. Our bartender Denise and Chef Gabe were superstars. The other floor crew members were very observant from start to finish to fill glasses, remove dishes, serve wedding cake and even helped gathering our take-home decorations. This is going to be a long detailed review because I had a wonderful experience with everyone at this venue from beginning until my magical day. First of all, I found it refreshing that this venue lists everything on their website as far as menu packages and prices out front and don't raise the prices to a significant amount later. You have an idea from the get-go about approximately what you're getting yourself into and if it's affordable for you. With everything that this place delivered, it was definitely worth every penny. My coordinator was Grecia who showed me the venue and is sweet and very professional and explained all policies contracts and what the venue could offer us. I was also offered help from the lovely gem, Kim. At one point I had a question at 4:00 a.m. And sent an email and was responded by the owner Lisa. She was so polite and kind. I felt that they all cared about contributing in making my 40th anniversary party just what I had dreamt. Grecia explained their payment plan and sent reminders out and calls of when our meetings would be and what was needed at each meeting.. The entire booking process is well set up and organized. In between, if you have any questions ,they readily reach out with answers. Now onto the gorgeous venue. I used the beautiful chapel with the stained glass windows and comfortable seating arrangements. They have a piano at your disposal, which I used and my guests loved the soft sound of the music. I booked for 125 guests for Friday, June 12th. The area is decorated beautifully. It is elegant and classy and offers choices for your linen and decor. The rehearsal the day before my event was handled with the same professionalism and caring, delicate nature that they offer throughout the whole process. The day of the event Grecia, two other coordinators and John were there to assist. Everyone worked together to make our anniversary party perfect from beginning to end. My guests were in awe of how well everything was coordinated and came together. I was also impressed at how Grecia and the two young ladies assisted my husband and I with our dinner plates and were attentive throughout the entire event. Grecia and the staff worked well alongside my music and video vendors to ensure the event went as was planned. Now the food, The roast and chicken was moist. And just so delicious! All our sides were flavorful And cooked perfectly. Our cake flavors were all delicious and moist. My guests were impressed with John. And how he went around to the tables offered assistance throughout the night in the different areas to make the event run smoothly. He also helped us put all of our gifts in our vehicle at the end of night. To summon up my experience, the venue is exquisite. The staff is all amazing. The owner has a wonderful setup here. Everyone follows through on what is promised. My guests are still reaching out to let us know how totally impressed they are with this place and the staff. Very outdated and old. Guy in charge is very picky about things and doesn't want kids in his facilities. They wouldn't even allow us to bring in a stroller for our 1 year old to nap in. Terrible customer service, the older man made us feel very unwelcome to a wedding we were part of. read more

My daughter decided she wanted a Sweet 16 party last minute. It was supposed to be a small celebration but ended being a big one. We remembered one of her friends had her quincenera here and we decided to check it. The staff including Lisa and Gracie were very fast to respond to calls and emails. We eventually decided to book the event here because 1. It was available 2. It was nearby and 3. the package included the venue, table and chairs, table linens, catering and a free 4 tier cake (which everyone liked) for an affordable price! Gracie was our coordinator and she was great to work with and helped me make sure everything went smoothly throughout the process and on the of day the event. She was very attentive throughout the evening as well as our security, John. John was very friendly and kept us informed throughout the event. All the servers were also very friendly. My best friend decorated the 4 tier cake with flowers. Our balloon arch vendor,Laura from Dulceria Party Supply, was also great and they happened to be located just down the street. The venue seats up to 150 guest and they also have chapel located inside for anyone planning a wedding. I would recommend this venue if you're planning a small celebration of any kind. John, our host/coordinator/security was great. He was attentive and very nice. The food was so good and loved the fruit & salad table. The Garden Room also provided the cake. It was 4 layers, each layer a different flavor. It was yummy. The florist, Memo's Flowers, took my breath away with the arrangements he created for our 15añera. Those arrangements were gorgeous. The DJ, Alex Cervantes, made the whole event so much easier with the program he established for us. Both these vendors were recommended by The Garden Room. I felt like everything I needed for our celebration was all in one place. Which made everything so easy for me. Especially since my daughter said she wanted a 15añera 2 months before her birthday.I was surprised and very grateful that we were able to pull it off.
