Most venue or event spaces tend to be very large, this was enough to accommodate about 70 people, hairs and table rentals included. You will need to provide your own tablecloths, tableware and catering. Single gender neutral bathroom in the rear of the space but is quite visible to all. Plain white walls lend themselves to your imaginative design. The event I attended was a gender reveal, there was a very nice balloon background on one side, and about four buffet tables end to end, holding snacks, favors and gift bags. Spacious enough for everyone to mingle. Lots of parking but lunch hour was quite busy and I had to park towards the rear of the property.

For example, one decoration (i.e., photo enclosed) was the cause of the quinceanera's dress being caught and nearly tangled by the decoration, which was not part of the party . Also, the food was weak at best. It tasted good but with the chicken was ONE stalk of asparagus and one small potato cut into four pieces. Read all the reviews and decide for yourself. I'm doubting the validity of the positive reviews. I would not book at this establishment, save your sanity and pocketbook.
