It was bad enough to make a busy guy who works 2 full time jobs take the time to contact the dealership. The lady taking the call for the parts department didn't seem concerned. They advertise jeeps for sale that they do not have and then try and get you to spend more. I talked to Alana Pressa who told me the morning of me driving an hour down that the jeep was in the dealership and they were pulling it out for me. I was texting her the whole trip down and when I got there some kid dealer told me that the car had been sent to auction cause it needed too much work. So when I got home I had my daughter call and pretend to be interested in the exact jeep and they said it was there and to come right down to see it. The manager gave me some bull story about the people that answer the phone aren't even in the building. Imperial would wholeheartedly be my first recommendation for anyone looking for a vehicle or as a location for service for their vehicle. The staff are Imperial are just amazing. During my most recent search for a used vehicle, Kelsey at the Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep dealership went above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service. She was not only friendly, kind, and helpful; she went above and beyond to exceed the timeline for finalizing the car sale and performing all of the necessary services to the vehicle. Her communication skills are unparalleled and she conducts herself with the utmost professionalism and enthusiasm. She was just an absolute pleasure to work with and deserves recognition. I went to several other dealerships prior to this and had some positive experiences, but none were similar to the energy of Kelsey! I also bought another vehicle several years back from the Milford Imperial location, and have nothing but positive comments on that experience. Imperial really knows how get to know their customers and provide amazing customer service that significantly exceeds the average dealership. At the same time, the dealerships in Mendon are decorated beautifully. There are no other dealerships with vintage memorabilia all around the showroom, beautiful marble flooring in the restrooms, and just an overall comfortable atmosphere. It is so much more relaxing and easy to shop in a dealership where people are not down your throat; and it's so enjoyable to see all of the old vintage merchandise that is a relic of when the world was a good place! I also dealt with another salesman, Alvin, in the finance department. He went the extra mile to explain all facets of the warranties available and provided a high level of service explaining thoroughly all of the amenities provided by the warranty. Any time I have brought my vehicle for servicing not only were they fast and efficient; the price of an oil change is unmatched in comparison to other dealership prices and they even include a free car wash. You're really making a mistake going to another dealership; Imperial really knows how to do it right. I went to Imperial Cars in Mendon on a Friday February 13, 2026 desperately needing a replacement car after my engine blew out last week. I found a used vehicle listed online for just under $15,000--perfect price point, I thought. I came fully prepared: binder full of insurance docs, financing pre-approved, exact down payment amount ready, everything set to buy that night as a first-time buyer at a big dealership. I was nervous but excited to take this step. The sales associate Matt was genuinely great--helpful, straightforward, no BS. He made the initial part smooth, and I appreciate that. But once we got to the numbers with sales manager Brad Mancini, the entire experience turned into a complete disaster. First, there's this unadvertised $1,000 "trade-in expectation" add-on that isn't in the fine print online or anywhere obvious on the listing. They flat-out expect you to trade in your vehicle, and if you don't (or can't), they tack on extra money. When I asked about trading my car, they appraised it at basically nothing--not even worth the $1,000 threshold--so I would've had to pay an additional $500 on top of the already inflated price (bringing it to around $16,000+ before taxes/fees). The principle here is infuriating: list the car at $15k online to lure people in, then hit them with hidden fees once they're there and emotionally invested. That's straight-up deceptive and unfair. No legitimate business should operate like that--it's bait-and-switch. Worse, Brad Mancini was hostile, intimidating, and aggressive from the moment he sat down. As a first-time buyer already scared about the big commitment, his attitude made me feel attacked and belittled. He was pushy, dismissive of my questions, and created so much pressure that I ended up in tears in the dealership. My sister's boyfriend (whose family has been loyal customers buying many brand-new vehicles from Imperial over the years) was there witnessing it all, and even he was shocked at how poorly I was treated. No one should be made to cry while trying to give you tens of thousands of dollars. I walked out without buying--completely scared away. The whole thing felt predatory, especially for someone in a vulnerable spot like a blown engine and needing reliable transportation ASAP. Brutally honest: Avoid Imperial Cars if you're buying used or as a first-timer. The hidden fees and high-pressure tactics from management ruin what could be a decent experience (Matt was the only bright spot). There are plenty of other dealerships in the area that don't pull this crap or treat customers like garbage. Save yourself the headache, tears, and wasted time--go elsewhere. Never again read more

Went in for a car for my kid - the two we saw on the website were not available to see. Talked to the guy after and I said we would buy one for cash if it met expectations. After being told we would not use a trade in.. we were told it would be $1,000 over the advertised price because of no trade in. we walked out. Everything. I recently got out of the army and needed a car quickly to commute to college, with only three months before the semester began. In a time crunch, I visited a dealership where the cheapest option was a 2013 Ram 1500 priced at $20,000. As a veteran, I was entitled to have free sales tax once I registered the car, but the dealership improperly registered it, forcing me to pay an extra $1,500. The truck turned out to have been in an accident, which the dealership did not disclose and did not appear on the Carfax report, but was discovered on an Experian report. Within the first month, the truck required $3,000 in repairs, and it was in the shop for over 30 days during the one-month grace period. Six months later, I returned the truck to the dealership with several issues, only to be told that I had two bent rims, needed new spark plugs, exhaust manifold work, and a few other repairs totaling $7,000. Frustrated, I decided to do the work myself since I had the tools and know-how. Despite this, they attempted to charge me for a $100 oil change when my oil was only 200 miles old. Throughout this ordeal, my car salesman, Brian O'Malley, was completely useless both during and after the purchase process. This dealership is not veteran-friendly and takes advantage of young buyers, especially during Covid when prices were high. I strongly advise against doing business with them. read more

MENDON MA - THE ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE! Ali Ismail and Ahmed Abdalla with Chevrolet are the biggest con-artists and liars I have ever met. Took over 25 days for them to get my title. Did not provide any communication with me. Were nearly impossible to contact. I paid for specific good year tires and they put a cheap set of tires on my car instead. When I went to argue, on my receipt it said "4 new tires." But because it didn't say "4 new GOOD YEAR tires" they slapped on some bullshit tire to save them money. One of the tires had a missing lug nut as well! Absolute liars. When confronted about it, they lied right to my face. They went as far as to tell me they wish they hadn't sold me the car. Absolute terrible customer service. Here is a timeline of what happened: June 5th- purchase date of vehicle. Was told it would take up to a week to get everything ready. June 12th- reached out to Ali, he said car was all-set and ready for delivery. Just needed to get the plates. June 13th- Ali reached out to me and told me to call my insurance agent and have them sign the RTA form that he sent over. Hours went by and my insurance agent called me and said they never received any paper work. Called Ali back and he said he can't send any paperwork because he doesn't have the title yet. Why tell me to call my insurance if you weren't prepared? Make me look stupid. Why am I just hearing about not having the title 8 days into my purchase? Ali promised that I would have the car later that day (13th) Friday (14th) or Monday the lastest (17th). Text messages saying the plan was for me to have the car on the 14th. Didn't hear anything all weekend. Called Ali on Monday had to speak with a manager. He said he had to locate the title and call me back. Manager Calls me back and tells me the title has been down at Toyota and was going to have them rush it over.??? Do you not follow up on this stuff to know where your stuff was sent?? Called Ali expressed my frustrations. Both the manager and Ali promised me I could pick up my car Tuesday (18th) Drive all the way to dealership on Tuesday only to find out the plates were STILL NOT DONE!!! Insurance agent called me at 10am saying paperwork was all set and sent back. These guys had from 10am-5pm to get the plates ready the day before knowing I was going to be coming to pick the vehicle up today. After everything that has happen in these last 2 weeks. I couldn't even get a courtesy phone call saying the car was not ready! Instead I wasted my time driving 2 hours back and forth for nothing. You guys have given me the complete run around. And dragging your feet with everything. Everyone telling me something different every time we speak. It doesn't take 4 weeks to get someone a vehicle. OHH and i forgot - They had me go get my own inspection sticker because they failed to mention they didn't do that either! And of course i emailed them my receipt and haven't heard anything back in over a month. You get my point. Wouldn't recommend the Dodge service center they will miss diagnose problems on purpose to try and get you to pay for the fix that doesn't fix the issue they're techs will take your wheels and tires off with out asking, if it wasn't for me taking the truck else where to have my problem fixed I wouldn't have found out that they attempted to take a tire off for whatever reason and stripped out a stud I took it to have a water leak fixed that they told me was the roof antenna I pay to have it fixed somewhere else because they quoted me $900 and told me it had to be painted it did not even the higher models like Laramies weren't painted and when the shop that fixed it for me for a lot cheaper they found that it was the back window leaking again and you couldn't miss the massive crack in the window frame as that was covered under warranty I'm sure that's why I was told it was the roof antenna because that was not covered and they just wanted me to spend money that I didn't need too read more
