At the register, Tatum let me know that a higher quality wiper was on sale for much cheaper than the ones that I had picked out. He also stood out in the freezing wind and put them on my car for me! The driver's side wiper had broken off due to the ice. He purchased the wiper and asked the two salespersons if they would like install it. His car was parked right outside the door and there were no customers inside the store. It was drizzling outside and he was told that they didn't install in inclement weather. He returned the blade and went on his way (with limited visibility). Arrived at Oreilly in Milford, purchased the wiper at a considerably lower price and they installed it. Never again!!

I called to have them send me the right one. Then next day (mind you they now deliver their parts from a third-party delivery service) surprise then sent me another left side part. After calling them I spent 20 minutes trying to talk to a manager, the rep said he had to email him and sent him pictures of the invoice, Non the less the manager kept asking the rep, the same questions over and over, All I wanted was the right part delivered that day, After much frustration I hung and told them I'm done with them!!! Their customer is absolutely horrible beyond words. When this happens and they sub out their deliveries it's time to move on! Too bad at one point in time they were great to deal with. Now like everything else they are moving in the wrong direction!!!!!
