Rancho Relaxo Motorsports - Bike they worked on....

I had Mr. Adams work on my bike to get it ready to store for the Winter. He did a great job and…read moreduring the maintenance found a mouse nest explaining some of the performance issues I'd noticed more recently obviously effecting air flow. In addition to my bike, he has worked on my older Suburban which he added a push bar that he custom made and did a brake job and some engine work. The truck now purrs and he took a real interest in making my high mileage vehicle last as long as possible as everybody is looking to extend a dollar these days. More recently he has worked on a 1965 F100 where my Son and I got beyond our ability. All in all, Mr. Adams is a local guy in a town of 4,000 people and is fair and honorable and does work at a reasonable price in my experience. He is a Harley devotee, and I understand he is a certified mechanic.

This was a bad mistake. The bottom line is that this guy is expensive and incompetent…read more He is worse than a bad dentist. I own a 2005 Harley. My brother owns a 2004. My brother had heard of him, word of mouth from someone at an auto parts store that he frequents. He decided to give this place a try for a regular service, change a tire, etc. I remember him commenting that it was an expensive bill- $500-600+ for service. I followed suit and had George do the service- change the fluids, change a tire and adjust a carburetor. I brought the new tire to the table; it was not included. The bill was like $660 when it was done.. Now if the bike was running great afterwards, I'd feel pretty good in spite of the bill. But it was not. The carb work was awful. Although it seemed to pull with good response, mileage dropped from 40 average to 28-29. I addressed this with George in a few calls, and recall that he diverted the conversation to suggest " bad gas, try better gas, , give it a few hundred miles, etc." I suspected right away that oh I see, this guy doesn't want to stand by his work, but if brought back into his shop he will more than likely come up with other ancillary and directly- related "problems" he's uncovered and proceed to sit down and setup a costly fix-it plan Later, when I was selling the bike, the overly-rich-running, messed-up carburetor scared off the customer who had been pre-approved with a credit union loan. Deal gone. I've just had an excellent motorcycle machine shop reset it right using a dyno. This shop originally installed a Dynojet kit and dyno-tuned it in 2005 right after I bought the bike. The lead mechanic/guru said that pieces had been removed from the carb during my service at Rancho Relaxo with George. What's especially galling is that George, the owner, spends all kinds of high-touch, make-you-feel-good explanatory time focused on how good a hands you are in (his) and how well your bike will be taken care of. He's a very likeable, charismatic guy, that's his strong suit. Making your bike better off than when it came into him is NOT.

Matt being the guy he is went above and beyond to tape and protect the roll bar paint in my chevelle. But due to the cage not being prepped correctly the paint came off while I removed the tape. Matt could have told me to pound sand but instead told me to bring it to him and he would repaint the cage. It's really nice to work with people who care about your projects. This has been a dream of me and my dads for years and just as I thought things couldn't get any worse matt swooped in and saved the project. I honestly would never use anyone else but matt at New England Trim. Thank you again you don't know how much we appreciate what you did for us

The windshield had to be removed and replaced after the installation of the liner. Lindsey coordinated with the glass company (Roy's) and they got the whole job done in less than 32 hours. They did an outstanding job on the headliner and thoroughly cleaned the interior. They were highly recommended to me by a local Body Shop. AND, I would highly recommend these people to anyone! The only downsides were waiting for an appointment (because they're in big demand), and my wife didn't like the smell of the adhesive after we picked it up. I should have waited a few days before taking her for a ride... All thumbs up!!!

My husband and I have found our new garage of choice!…read more Hendrigo at HM is amazing and his prices are SO reasonable. Such a nice guy, and very generous, too. My husband needed a new battery recently and AAA wasn't able to get the bolts off his current one because it was so old. We were referred to HM, and Hendrigo loosened the bolts for free. Then a few days later I needed a brake job, so we took it to HM and he did it for such a reasonable cost (under $700 for an entire brake job, new rotors, etc.) I've also been hearing a rattling noise coming from what I thought was the underneath of my car. I left it at the shop, Hendrigo had it up on his lift, checked everything out and couldn't find anything wrong so he called me to come take a ride with him so I could explain what I was hearing. I did, and he told me the rattling was just coming from inside the car and there was nothing to worry about. Again, he didn't charge me!! I pretty much begged him to please give me an invoice, he spent time checking things out. He wouldn't charge me and said, "I'd rather have you guys as a customer!" Well, we are customers now for sure!

I called to see if the man I spoke with could look at my tire between two appointments. At first he told me he could look at my car in two hours, which was better than everyone else I called, but unfortunately wouldn't work with the appointments I needed to make it to. I thanked the mechanic or owner (I'm not sure which) over the phone and said I couldn't make the appointment, and he kindly told me that he could look at my car in an hour. I left almost immediately, and he was there just after I was! The mechanic or owner (I'm not sure which position he is in) was very friendly to be, very accommodating (beyond reasonably - I almost can't believe I found someone to fit me in on such a tight schedule!), and reasonable in price. Not only that, but the waiting room was very clean and it had bottles of water available. The whole garage looked quite clean. If I lived closer, I would definitely go back to give HM Garage my business again.
