I came in to look for an intercom system and a helmet. Rich was incredibly helpful and very informed on the features and sales prices of every helmet in stock! He gave me insights that would save me money and had my best interests in mind. Absolute example of perfect customer service. Walking out with a new, COMFORTABLE helmet. Thanks to the team at Wagner in general for offering help wherever I went in the store without me needing to flag down anyone.

Perfect dealership to be totally lowballed on your potential trade and expect to pay full sticker on a bike. Don't recommend.

From the moment you meet Joe, you can feel the pride, dedication, and passion he brings to what he does. He strikes the perfect balance between the seriousness of the material and keeping it engaging, fun, and easy to learn and build on. Alex was equally amazing--always knowing exactly when to give direction, encouragement, or a helpful push to get you where you need to be. Together, Joe and Alex have incredible teaching chemistry; they complement each other perfectly, and it truly makes all the difference for the class. The entire experience at this location was also wonderful--welcoming, professional, and supportive from start to finish. This was a huge milestone for me, and finally getting my license means a lot. I'm incredibly grateful to Joe and Alex for helping make it happen. They're both extraordinary instructors, and if you're on the fence about taking this class--don't be. You won't regret it, and I'm confident you'll love every part of it.

I drove about an hour to pick it up, only to be told when I arrived that the part still needed to be "checked in" before they could release it to me, and that I should check back the next day. At first, I tried to be understanding, but the issue is that my schedule makes it difficult to get back out there anytime soon, so this ended up being a wasted trip. The next day, I called Harley-Davidson customer service to better understand what happened. They explained that this was a Buy Online, Pick Up In Store item, which means the dealership showed the part as physically in stock when I placed the order. I then called the dealership and was transferred to the service department, where I waited on hold for about 25 minutes. Eventually, I was told someone from service would call me back, but I never received a call before they closed. The frustrating part is not just that I didn't get the part -- it's that I received a "ready for pickup" email, made the trip, and then couldn't get a clear answer or follow-up. I understand mistakes happen, but the communication and customer service on this order were disappointing. Customer service is an afterthought. I have thousands of dollars planned to put into my bike this summer. Their loss. A business is only as good as it's customer service.

Unfortunately, after seeing recent reviews, it looks like my experience wasn't an isolated incident. I brought my 7th-generation Honda Civic in to have all four speakers replaced and a new head unit installed. The owner recommended speakers from his shop and suggested a radio that would improve the overall sound, so I trusted his recommendations. When I dropped the car off, an entire day went by and only the rear speakers had been replaced. I was then told the speakers I had chosen were defective, so I had to wait another day before he even began working on the front speakers and radio. After spending around $1,000, I expected quality work. Less than six months later, the front speakers started cutting in and out. About a year later they stopped working completely. I also ended up chasing a parasitic battery drain that killed my battery, leading me to replace it before discovering the real issue. An automotive electrician later found corrosion in the speaker wiring and wiring leading to the doors, along with poor installation work. None of these problems existed before the shop worked on the car. Looking back, I should have brought it back under warranty, but after the experience I had, I wasn't confident I wanted anyone there touching my car again. What also left a bad impression was the constant complaining about working on my Civic. A 7th-generation Honda Civic is one of the most common and straightforward vehicles for aftermarket audio work. Hearing that he "didn't want to work on another Honda Civic again" after the job was finished was unprofessional and didn't inspire confidence. Sun & Sound just doesn't feel like the same shop it was when they were located in Worcester. Based on my experience, I won't be returning.

Unfortunately, my experience here left much to be desired. I first reached out to the shop in mid-June to inquire about the repair. I was told they could get me in within approximately two weeks, so I scheduled the appointment. They required a $500 deposit, which I thought was somewhat steep considering the total repair was expected to be around $600-$700, but I decided to move forward. I dropped the bike off on July 2nd. I asked how long the repair would take and was told approximately 1-2 weeks. I thought one week seemed reasonable for a fork seal replacement, while two weeks felt somewhat lengthy, but I agreed and left the bike with them. On July 16th, I called to check on the status and was told by the owner that they would have the bike "on the lift" that week. At this point, it had already been at the shop for more than two weeks. I told them I would be available at any time the following week to pick it up. I called again toward the end of the following week and was once again told the bike would be "on the lift" the following week. I waited another week and eventually stopped by the shop in person to check on the status. The mechanic again told me they should have the bike "on the lift" the following week. At this point, I was extremely frustrated. I had been given multiple assurances that the bike would be worked on, but no actual repair date or clear timeline. I made one final call on August 6th to ask whether the bike had finally been brought in for the repair. Once again, I was told it would be "on the lift next week." At that point, I told them to put the bike out front and that I would pick it up the following morning and take it to another shop. The owner called me afterward and again explained that they intended to get to the bike "eventually," but still could not provide an actual date. I was also told that "patience is a virtue." I would say that waiting more than a month for a repair that should reasonably take a day or two was more than patient on my part. Ultimately, I decided to forfeit my deposit and take the bike to another nearby shop. I had really hoped to find a smaller, local shop where I could bring my motorcycles for service on a regular basis. Unfortunately, whether the issue was scheduling, staffing, or organization, this experience was not acceptable to me. I will not be returning to this shop, and based on my experience, I would not recommend it to other riders.

The car is fun to drive & handles like a sports car. With all the service I paid for I go for a sticker this week & got rejected! Within minutes the service person was all set to sell me two new tires for over $350, which I declined. Why you might ask? I've never had a any car with only 24k on a set of tires that needed to be replaced. The middle of both tires was 'like new' with both shoulders (outside edges) of both tires showing wear, which is unusual. Car&Driver has good things to say about Hankook, "...most new tires on the market today will last about 60,000 miles." LOOK UP YOUR OWN RECOMMENDED TIRE PRESSURE Found on two different car forums: Recommended Passat VW Tire Pressure: Front 36 PSI / Rear 44 PSI Low pressure wears shoulders; not center tread! I went to a local garage near my home & they passed the inspection with a warning that my tires must have been underinflated for some time, causing the shoulders to wear much sooner than they should. The Hankook tires had been underinflated long enough that the shoulders were unduly worn. The under-inflation was done either at the factory or at the dealer (maybe in order to sell more tires). With all my maintenance visits the dealer neglected to inform me the tire pressure wasn't correct, nor that the tires were showing under inflation symptoms. Frustrating!
