Then after we ordered a beer and asked for menus, we were provided with one from an Italian restaurant and one from another place that doesn't open until 4 pm. We were in Tubac for lunch and shopping. No food onsite and the restrooms are outside. I asked where the restroom was as I could not find one indoors, I walked around looking and no one said anything until one of the locals said "they are outside" so out I went, tried to open the door. It was locked. I walked back to the restaurant and that same regular THEN AND ONLY THEN handed me the key?!? So strange. A little twilight zone in the desert. I won't be back.
