I said I didn't think it said that I needed a box, just a label- he looked at me and said,"show me where it says that". I told him I'd buy a box if needed and that I felt like he was trying to call me out. Mr. Cox continued to say, "show me where it says that" as I was pulling up the return details on my phone, I told him I must have been mistaken and I'd buy a box. He continues with "no just show me where it says that". I told him again he was being rude and he said, "I. am genuingly interested, where does it say that"? I told him he was being rude and looks at me and says, " you can take that somewhere else, I'm not taking it." I cannot believe this guy is in management, he is angry, confrontational, condescending, rude and sarcastic.
