The gentleman who helped me was extremely helpful and friendly. My phone has been cracked before and I took it to a kiosk in St Matthews Mall. Not only was I charged $100+ for the repair, but they also messed up my front facing camera and vibration during the screen repair. They told me they weren't able to do anything for me. I came to Wireless Wizard with a new crack to be repaired and they were able to fix the camera and vibration damage that the previous repair at the other repair place made. I brought my PlayStation 5 in for a cleaning. But this was only a temporary fix it continued to go into safe mode anytime it was turned off. I could not complete a system software update through the internet or USB when downloading the file off PlayStations website. I brought my system back to them bc something clearly went wrong in between it being disassembled cleaned and reassembled. They went on to tell me that it's not a hardware issue that is causing my system to not be able to complete an update....very unlikely and not even given and explanation of what they did to even try to remedy the problem.
