Like others state here, this is my go-to Amazon return center. They are super fast at this and that is completely appreciated!

Notary services are usually quick, they can't print above 11x17 at this location same day. Make sure you have all packing materials needed or each item has a cost. They keep a steady flow of customers, parking usually a little crowded in front of the store. If you have a lot of things then have someone drop out off at the door to unload. read more

UPS no longer delivers to my apartment complex, so I have to pickup packages at this location. (At no fault of this store whatsoever.) The employees are always very kind when I pickup packages, even though I know this adds to their workload. I have a chronic illness and sometimes have to use a walker or cane and they have been kind enough to bring packages out to my car or stop what they're doing to hold the door open for me when I am using my walker. If there's a line when I go in, it moves quickly and employees are quick to help each other out if needed. This store makes the inconvenience of my packages being re-routed more bearable. read more

The worst experience I've ever had with a shipper, bar none. This particular UPS Store has shown zero concern for their customers and been completely unresponsive to urgent requests to correct their own mistake. I have called, emailed, and contacted the UPS Customer Service general line to correct their error, but UPS Store 5408 has been unwilling to help. Even just saying "We understand the issue and are working to solve it" would be something. Instead, the response was "We can't help you. The owner may call you at some point... if she chooses to." Please save yourself the trouble. Take your business to a place where customers are supported. Avoid this location at all costs. read more

I added an extra star and an updated review. This is my go to store when I have something to return to Amazon. I was greeted with a smile and a friendly "good morning" by a very nice lady when I walked in. She asked me what I needed and when I told her she took my package, which was not wrapped, weighed it and gave me a shipping receipt. It is so easy to make a return. You don't have to box/wrap your return. UPS does all that for you and really simplifies everything. read more

Way overpriced!! Had home closing documents notarized and cost almost $400! We have done this many times in other locations and most we have ever paid was total of $40! Charged us $15 per signature including our two! They did tell me $15 per signature but did not realize charging $15 for each place we signed as well!! I have also gotten quotes for printing and was about 3 times cost of other local places. A couple months ago I returned multiple packages from Amazon and I was told they had never been received back. Multiple issues with this location and price gouging! Will not use them again even if have to drive out of way!! read more

Horrible experience. We went in for the notary service and to print a few documents to fax. I walked over to the computer in the lobby to pull up the documents we needed to print, and Sherry rushed over to me and yelled this is a personal computer with personal information what are you doing. She then reached around me and grabbed the mouse and proceeded to close out windows. I threw my hands in the air feeling like an embarrassed criminal and got up. We started sorting out the notary documents on the side counter while she continued to help other guests. We told her we were ready and she says she doesn't do notary on that counter. How annoying and frustrating when she sees 15 documents laid out and asks that we pack and bring them. We get the space she prefers and she says hold on let me go get the stamp. So we packed all of our things to a desk that you don't even have your materials!!! That felt like she was just giving us a hard time. The entire experience was not welcoming at all. I have never written a negative review before but this store has such terrible customer service that I am compelled to let others know. I dropped off a print job and was quoted 9 cents a copy. When I came in they told me the price was actually 18 cents a copy. When I said I'll make the copies myself instead and was planning on leaving they informed me I had to pay a price that was not even quoted to me or they were going to hold my personal property! So basically I was expected to pay a price that was double what was quoted and I had no option to refuse the copies or they were going to steal my personal property. Went in to perform return for Amazon and I had a box that was packed and open because I thought they needed to put info in the box because they were printing the label. The lady at the counter wanted to charge me for the tape to seal the box. I said I need to buy a roll of tape to seal the box? Yes. I picked up my boxes and said I will go somewhere else...and I did. Disappointing because I have used this location multiple times. The lady waiting on me gave a customer experience of the DMV. read more

I went in here because they advertise that they do fingerprinting and had my fingerprints done for the real estate commission and paid $25 to overnight my package with my fingerprints in addition to paying for my fingerprinting and when the Kentucky State police receive my fingerprints they were so poorly done that they could not except them or read them so I had to drive to Frankfort anyway to have them re-done and pay an additional $10 so do not ever, ever get your fingerprints done here! save your thirty Dollars and drive Frankfort and you can have a nice lunch with the money you save bypassing here! I called them and asked them if I could get a refund and they said only on the finger printing portion if I still have my receipt but the $25 I paid to overnight I did not get back even though the poor quality of fingerprinting was done by them. Just visited this UPS Store. All I can say is WOW. The service was excellent. When I went into the store I had a complicated printing project that was on a very tight timeline. I was extremely stressed to say the least. The owner told me not to worry and printed my project with plenty of time to spare. She and the staff are very knowledgeable and super friendly. Customer service goes a long way in my book and Sherry and her staff have just earned another customer for life. Stellar customer service. Way to go guys. I will be back! read more

I expect people to be fair and I certainly expect business owners to care about customer service and want to correct glitches. I sent a simple request for two documents to be copied (80 copies total); it's true I did NOT screenshot the service request before sending because I didn't realize I was dealing with people who don't care. When I went to pick up my order 3 copies were waiting; that's it. Charged just over $15 for 3 copies - no special paper, nothing. I could do that at my library for $1.50, tops. I didn't accept the order because it was incorrect but was just pointed to the request. When I reasoned that 3 copies can't tally $15 and I expected a refund, I was told no refund. So, this review is to warn others away. read more

I went to ship a few pictures to my brother in CO and they managed to package it in a box the size of a large kitchen appliance! Once it rang up to $345 when it was all said and done, i decided to pay for only packaging. The employees did work really hard on the packaging and that was great (and i apologized for how much work that was!) i decided to pay for packaging and ship elsewhere, the owner sherry got super rude. I did feel bad after they packaged it all up but we weren't willing to spend $345 to ship pictures worth $30. I understand paying for packaging and materials but there had to of been a more efficient and cost effective way to pack those photos up. Like i could rent a Uhaul and drive them myself for cheaper, or idk, rent a private jet to ship them. It was just an uncomfortable experience. There is no excuse for being rude to customers. Many little remarks were not necessary. Sherry just watched me drag my big ass box out the door by myself. Me and my $88 box won't be back. read more

this location of UPS is horribly unprofessional and they always try to steal your money with way overpriced items. I had couple of bad experiences with that store earlier . if you ever go there , always ask the price upfront. they don't kept UPS envelopes on their store and that makes customers to buy their white envelopes. This time they charged me $4.23 , for a 50 cent envelope. Now I made my mind to never go to this dishonest store any more. read more

At this particular store I had the worst service, and experience I have ever had. The store owner Sherry try's to up charge customers with ridiculous prices, and became very argumentative when I questioned her as to why, she has to be the rudest person I have ever met, and should not represent UPS in such a negative way. I will never go back again. I brought my return with a pre-paid label, as I've done many times, and the owner told me it's $1 to tape my package. What?!? I've been here so many times to drop a package and this has never happened. I said I did not even have a wallet with me, as I'm also holding a baby, and she did not care. I had to go back out to get the dollar. If an owner is so greedy they're charging me to tape my package shut, I'll definitely take my business elsewhere. read more

I would give this location a 0 if it were possible. They are reason my international package has been placed into a status of abandonment. The store misplaced my information and spent 20 minutes attempting to locate it. Additionally, the store manager and owner refuse to apologize or issue a refund for my expenses. Further, they lied about attempting to contact me about my package. I have been to the store several times to deal with this issue and I'm constantly told that i have to contact the corporate office for my issues. Corporate has contacted this location and let them know they are incorrect and need to fix this problem. Essentially I will be using Fedex in the future read more
