The prices were reasonable. Local delivery was possible. And I was even able to make some slight customizations to the basket to accommodate my friend's preferences (e.g., she is one of the few women on the planet who does NOT like chocolate). I had a great experience speaking directly with the proprietor to place my order and pay for it by phone. It was hand-delivered to the hotel on time a few days later, just as promised. I called and asked if something could be delivered the same day and was told sure thing. 2 hours after I placed my order online, my sister was called informing her she had a delivery at her apartment's reception area. I had found their I left my heart in SF gift basket and ordered it because of the picture of the heart in the front. When she received her gift she received a different bag. When I contacted them and explained how I wanted the bag in the picture for sentimental reasons they were very accommodating.
