My issue with this company is they allowed an attorney to fail my accident case. I sent in paperwork that the employer sent to me regarding medical payments to be reimbursed. On line 2 of this paperwork, it stated that I was unable to bring a claim against the company, its affiliates or partners. Emery Reddys representing attorney BF said it would be safe to sign. A attorney !! Needless to say he within 2 months went to work for the opposing team, at first taking my case with him. Then because of the position he was in representing the company I had to find a NEW lawyer within 30 days. Signing this paperwork was the demise of the case. I felt in my heart it would be wrong to sign yet felt my attorney BF was able to give me great defense. At least so I thought. I was sidelined by him quitting Emery Reddy and going to work for ETC another large firm in Seattle representing the company, I in all terms, lost what my case was worth and I suffer 24/7 from the injury. if the advice was don't sign. This paperwork should not have been signed period and that was the company's win and BF made sure of that to shine for himself and NOT take care of the injured worker. Once in though, it's up to YOU to prove yourself and work toward finding your dream job. You can't walk in and expect your dream job to be handed to you. Competition for good jobs in good markets is tough. You have to come at it by assessing the situation for fit, figuring out where YOU can add value in ways that align with your career objectives, get along with ALL the players (putting your ego in check), make a plan, STAY POSITIVE, and execute on it. Oh and by the way, all that work might NOT lead to a permanent job. Don't expect that, if you do you will fail at staying positive. However, know that all the work you are doing is being added to your resume. The way you are handling the situation is being noted by all those you are working with. When I decided to discharge him, I was billed for two hours of work, despite the fact that the work appeared to involve little more than filling out a few inputs into a basic template agreement readily available online for free. I don't typically write reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience to help others make an informed decision. Having worked with numerous lawyers throughout my businesses, I've never encountered an experience quite like this.

His fees seem very reasonable. I liked too that Kevin was prompt in responding to emails and phone calls. I came here needing advice on how to deal with a certain neighbor. This has nothing to do with why I consulted Kevin Britt, but this neighbor, a much older divorced woman, has a curious habit. Once or twice a week, late at night (sometimes past midnight) I can hear her walking back and forth, back and forth, click click click, in her high heels on the slate floor of her bathroom (which is next to my dining room). This can go on for a good half hour. I can picture this dame wearing nothing but a red plastic feather boa around her neck, and nothing else (besides the stilletoes) and parading back and forth, peeking slyly at her reflection in the bathroom mirrors. This mental image is my made-up imagination, of course, but knowing this lady, the truth could well be even stranger.

Finally i said forget it and decided to call around to different attorneys and within the same day i found an attorney for a thousand dollars cheaper who saw me within the hour after calling him and filed my case that day. overall i would not recommend Matthew to anyone, everything is unprofessional, his office feels like a teenagers bedroom, his voicemail is not business oriented, he does not respond in a timely manner.
