I turned to Yelp and found excellent reviews for Salon a Go-Go so I made an appointment and have been a client since then! Melissa cuts my hair and always does an amazing job at a reasonable price. I am sure I drive her crazy with my demands but she is never fazed. I work downtown and constantly asked where I get my haircut... people are disappointed when I tell them it is out in the burbs. I love Melissa so much that I even started bringing my daughter to her for her hair. Melissa has waxed, cut and dyed us and always does a fantastic job. I tried to trim my daughter's hair with some clippers and she vehemently said only Melissa can touch her hair. Salon is very well kept and clean. Val is wonderful as well as she keeps busy and is always cleaning or doing something. At the end after she washed my hair I asked if she had pit bleach, she nodded and said yes! I had to leave so I didn't say anything wasn't able to look at my hair. She bleached it after I had asked for no bleach. My hair was 4 different colors, red,blonde,green, ashy. I called and asked for it to fixed. Not what I had asked for. She did offer to fix it but I went somewhere else. I don't care about the cost. They costumer service was crappy.
