She even asked me how I wanted my hair dried (with volume, straight, etc). She is very efficient but I never felt rushed. My appointment lasted about an hour and 20 minutes. Hillary fit me in the night before Thanksgiving with a 5:45pm appointment. Her work ethic is impressive and she is truly a delight. You would never know this adorable lounge existed as it is in the back of a building that has a few other businesses in it. Once you go up the stairs just follow the signs, which lead you down a couple of corridors, then you will see a brightly colored door with CAYO on it. Go through that and up the stairs and you can immediately feel the warm vibe she has created. I also love that she was very neat with the color. I had none left on top and behind my ears and other places on my face. Her hats adorn the walls and displays. I did not purchase one, but just might! They are stylish and have personality.
