No customer should ever be treated this way, especially someone elderly and disabled who made every effort to arrive on time. To make matters worse, she kept my money without doing any work. A lash salon should be a place of professionalism, relaxation, and respect. What I experienced at Boss Lady Eyelashes was the exact opposite. If you value being treated with dignity and receiving fair, professional service, do not go here.
